Sheila Miller was awesome to us , she is very professional and friendly . she is very knowledgeable about the cars she is selling always giving the answers to any questions we had about the car (2014 ford fiesta ) so a great BIG THANK YOU SHEILA for all your help in making it possible for us to drive off the lot in our Ford Fiesta .

We've purchased 6 cars from Pugmire since 1990 and used their service on every car. Barry and the other guys in Service are great, couldn't be nicer, they don't do work that isn't necessary. And it was a pleasure to buy our last car from Nathan. Just saw the 2018 Navigator. Wow! Might be visiting Nathan again soon.

The Service Agent Marcus is so professional with a nice personal touch by providing assistance to my questions about the features. Plus the group all work together so there was no long wait when one agent is not available.
What a refreshing experience compared to the crooks at some of the other places!!! Just walk in and ask for John Clampitt for a NO bait and switch, NO ridiculous tacked on fees, NO run around, NO gimmicks, NO pushing you to something you don't want, and NO pressure car buying . Everything was fair and honest from start to finish. Johns knowledge of the cars they have is truly staggering. I must say so far my interaction with everyone there has been excellent! If only other places were this good I could have saved a week of my life not having to deal with clowns and crooks... I finally found an honest organization. I've gotten a straight deal at one other dealership, but they don't sell fords...
A grateful customer Our salesman Bobby Hocks, was great to work with; at the time of our purchase we were in the final stages of buying a a new home; then suddenly lost a parent. Bobby was a blessing to us; he not only demonstrated great empathy for our ordeal, but went out of his way to work with our hectic schedule. Overall we had a great experience, and we love our new Super Duty truck with the twin turbo diesel; it's tough, is insanely powerful, yet rides like a luxury car. Thank you Bobby for helping us during a very stressful time.

Michael Gadberry was assigned to meet us for our 1:00 appointment. Michael called prior to our arrival to confirm our appointment and was prompt in greeting us as we arrived. I was impressed by Michael's knowledge and Long McArthur through out our process. Michael was very professional and took his time to answer our questions and make sure we knew everything. Long McArthur has plenty of personnel to help in every area of service. I left having confidence that we could rely on great service in the future. This was our first experience with this dealership. Michael seemed to make an extra effort to always please us. I would definitely recommend Michael for your experience. We finished with Kyle who was also very friendly. I had Eddy Frances for a sales person. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and he was the best one I have ever had. He was great friendly, funny fast and efficient . I would buy a car from him again.
I ordered a Shelby GT350 about 5 months ago. It came in July 7. I dilly dallied for a while. I finally came to my senses & decided to go for it. Kevin Heath helped me all the way & his brother, Eric Heath took care of Finance. Great people, great dealership!
