After 2 days they gave us a car to drive. Has to figure out what was wrong, order parts. Had the car Monday morning to Friday afternoon. New car only have had since April. Were told it would be clean and have fuel in it. Was clean but told ???you will have to get gas!??? Fuel light was on when I got in. Was not happy at all with the overall way thru handled the situation!!!!

After having a quite pleasant and very honest conversation over the phone with Frank I came from Chicago to see a car at EZ Motorcars. It’s very rare that a Used Cars dealer makes you feel like he’s honest. Didn’t get disappointed after the 100 miles drive, I was handed the keys to the car and was left alone for quite an extended time to look around the car and take a test drive. I like not being pressured and reassured unless I make my own mind if I want the car or not. Frank and Ed did not disappoint there. Only appeared when I was ready to continue the conversation and finalize the purchase. By the time I got home I had plenty of miles to listen, feel and reassure myself that the car was in a great condition – no hidden surprises. Great experience.
Wow, I did my homework on EZ and Eddie before I set foot on the lot. I was impressed and I was not disappointed with the buying process. By far it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. This is the sixth vehicle purchase I’ve made if you need a benchmark. The no pressure approach that got me on the lot is no lie. I did my test drive solo. That’s never happened before. Eddie not only provides the CarFax for free, he uses it to buy the highest quality vehicles at a fair price. The check engine light came on shortly after I purchased my vehicle. I got an estimate at a trusted OEM dealership and they wanted $400+. I called Eddie up and he fixed the problem gratis. Customer service is Eddie’s passion. He’s proven it in spades with me. My last car purchase was a root canal. EZ Motorcars treated me right and then some.
Exactly one month ago, I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz CLA 250 and they had one. It was the right price, the right color, the right mileage. I didn't call before hand to set up an appointment, but that didn't make a difference. I was made immediately comfortable by Marvin. He introduced himself and put me at ease. My sales expert, Dave, was frigging awesome. He knew so much about the car. When I wasn't sure if I wanted it or not (at first I was underwhelmed), he had me test drive a BMW 320i for a comparison. I still wasn't convinced, so Marvin suggested I take it home overnight. Everyone agreed and of course, I fell in love with it. I traded in a car and they gave me a fair market value. I did come with my own financing so it made the transaction totally smooth. 2 weeks after I had the car, Dave called me to see if I was still in love and to check on me. He also reminded me that I can bring it there for servicing. This was the easiest and smoothest process I have ever had when buying a car. Everyone here is wonderful and I will always come here. My vehicle was at the dealership for repairs, the dealership was in constant communication with me until the repairs were complete. The service was top rated and I would definitely recommend Cannon Motors to anyone.

I was passing through Ontario in my new Outback when I had many warning lights flashing, gear shifting problems, etc. Ron in the service department was great. He took my car in right away (next appointment was 3 days away), ordered the needed parts for next-day delivery and had the car fixed as soon as parts arrived. Lori arranged for me to have a loaner car, a brand-new 2018 Outback, for the two days. They left me my car for after-hours pickup and I was able to return the loaner at the same time and was on my way out of the state. All this at no charge!
