We bought the standard model and now wish we had gone up to the Reserve level as some of the luxury options that we assumed came with the Lincoln name were missing.

Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

I have only owned this vehicle for a month and I am still learning all of the mechanical and tech of it, it drives great, has been performing as expected and the look is very appealing, a very high quality car, only problem is price

In about 2 weeks my Aviator will be 4 years old. I can honestly say I have not had one issue with the car with the exception of a cracked exterior door handle which Lincoln took car care of as they should. I can't deny that I've gotten more than expected recalls but Lincoln made it painless by coming to my home to get my car and leaving a courtesy car for us to use. As far as fuel mileage I've traveled from Forida to N.H. a couple of times and clocked an amazing 27.8 mpg which is pretty respectable considering that it was packed to the gills with luggage, my wife my 60 lb springer spaniel and myself. (bear in mind my wife packs everything she owns). We love the aviator and will surely purchase another one in the future if the model survives. Great car, great interior/exterior styling

Love this car. Smooth ride, easy to understand the technology, good gas mileage. I traded in a Lexus NX as it was too hard to understand. This car has all the same features but much easier to drive and use.

I have not owned a domestic car since 1986. I've owned mostly Mercedes and Jaguars for the past 35 years. The Continental compares very favorably to the Jaguar XJ-L and Mercedes Benz E-Class. I needed a 4-door sedan that could be serviced near my home which left mostly domestic (GM / Ford / Chrysler) brands to choose from. I relocated to an area about 85 miles outside a major metropolitan area and didn't enjoy the 1.5 hour drive to and from my servicing dealers (Mercedes and Jaguar) after a decade of doing so. I'm not a fan of Chrysler styling so I test drove a Cadillac and the Lincoln Continental. After comparing both cars, In 2022 we chose a 2018 Lincoln Certified PreOwned Continental Reserve AWD with the 2.7 twin-turbo under 20K miles. This car was a special-order with most every available option offered. The build quality is on par with Cadillac, Jaguar and other makes that I've owned. Comparing the Infotainment/technology to both Mercedes and Jaguar, the Lincoln tech is so much easier to set up, navigate and use. Engine response and performance is excellent! Interior leather and trim is top-notch with the 72-thousand position front seats, revel sound system, back seat package, technology package and other features. I absolutely love the exterior styling of the car...it looks expensive and feels expensive. The original msrp of my car was just under $70,000 when new...so perhaps it simply was expensive!

I love my 2021 Nautilus Black Label. I love all the wonderful safety features that comes with this brand. The sound system is absolutely phenomenal and feels as though you have a live concert going on. The panoramic moonroof offers a nice view, not to mention the seats where it gives you the option to have a massage for both driver and passenger. You can control your own air and heat from the back, and the storage area is roomy. I just can't say enough about my Lincoln Nautilus. Lastly, the Lincoln app is totally awesome, as it alerts you every time you are someone enters and exit the vehicle also alerts you if there is a passenger in the back seat. It also keeps track of your maintenance schedule, can schedule maintain. With the Black Label you can set up to have someone pick up and drop off a loaner car right at your home. This is my 2nd Lincoln, I also own a 2011 MKX. The Nautilus replaced the letters and they gave them names. My license plates are Linc1 and Linc2.

June 5, 2019 my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 AC went out. I contacted Corey the service manager with my problem and was told to bring my truck in June 9. When I arrived at the dealership we were greeted at our vehicle like family. Did not have to wait to be put in a rental since it would take a day to complete the work. The work was completed on time, and the quote that was given to me was right on. The whole service department goes out of their way to please their customers and I will definitely be returning to this dealership in the future. Going on 23months with the Corsair. First the bad. Have had the backup camera replaced twice(common issue from what I hear). Slightly overpriced when you add options. Sunglass holder broke(button snapped off) so won’t stay closed. I’m expecting it to be fixed free next oil change. Also. This SUV needs TLC to look its best and to maintain interior. I’m a detail car nut. So I keep everything like new as best I can. However? The interior of this vehicle, because of all the piano black gloss, MUST be cleaned and I would suggest, ceramic protected, to look it’s best. That includes the outside. I ceramic myself and is easy to do with many choice products online. If you have little kids or teenagers though? The interior is gonna get trashed, scuffed or something broken. When kept clean and shiny, inside and out, this little SUV is stunning to look at and sit in. The stock stereo is not the best however. Not bad, but not great. If you really love your music. Pay for the upgrade. The difference is huge. Luckily I test drove both before realizing I wanted the better stereo. But? If you just like your music at normal levels and don’t want a thumping subwoofer. The base system is fine. The good. Pure American style, old school, luxury/comfort. Unique and Art-Deco inspired interior. Very quiet vehicle at all speeds and more then enough power for fast driving when needed. This vehicle may be the smallest Lincoln, but it has gusto. Gas mileage is perfectly exceptable for the class and I average about 29-30mpg on highway, which is where I do most of my driving. I like understated luxury. All the German interior bling is way to much for my taste and Lincoln fits my lifestyle/personality better. No mechanical issues as of yet and the engine and transmission seem to get good reviews for longevity. I generally keep my vehicles for 100,000 to 150,000 miles or 8-9 years. I did purchase through Lincoln the extended Warranty, which covers most issues up to 100.000 miles. My Volvo, Lexus, never had any major issues. My Volvo XC 60 gave me 175k miles without major problems. Sold it for 3k and my 2016 Lexus NX has 125k and still runs like new with just brakes, tires, oil and spark plug changes. Am I excpecting that kind of reliability with a Ford product? We shall see. All in all? My first American car in decades and as of now very happy with choice., 4-5 years of ownership is going to be the telling point however, so hoping for NO headaches.

So far I am happy with my Nautilus. I love the new technology available in the new SUV. I had owned a MKX for 14 years and never had any problems other than routine maintenance. I’m sure the new Nautilus will also be as reliable. I will always drive a Lincoln!!!

Purchased a 2022 Grand touring (PHEV) Lincoln Corsair and so far it has been fantastic. Averaging 35 miles on battery (pure electric) and have recently acquired 40 miles on electric. Have most options and ride is outstanding for the smallest Lincoln. Another option is Heads Ups Display which keeps you focused on the road. Also have 24 way adjustable seats with massage and they are so comfortable.

I purchase a 2014 F-150 from Andy who gave me a great deal. All of the staff was friendly. I got 26.4 miles per gallon with my ecoboost engine on a trip to South Carolina

Such a beauty. Just traded in my 2019 430i and my 2021 xi for a 23 Black Belt white Lincoln Aviator. But, I found out I bought a car that has a recall awaiting for it's correction sometime soon. Don't know when it well fixed, hope very soon. What a bummer. Only 1 in the nation with that color exterior and interior, and I just bought it. Love the buttons on the grill. The camel and black exterior.

I have the touring plug in Electric hybrid version. The range is relatively modest, only about 22 miles per charge, but living in Florida. I don’t drive much more than that a day anyway I averaged 39.9 miles per gallon which I think is exceptional for a part of this size. If it weren’t for the numerous recalls and problems with the electric seat controls and the air conditioned seat fan, I would give this five stars.

The Lincoln Navigator is the nicest car I’ve ever been in. The seats feel like clouds. It is so reliable, we are forever a Ford/Lincoln Family. Quality is very good

I was traveling from Louisiana to Louisville ky. My fuel pump went out i contacted a few dealers and was told it would be jan 31 or feb before they would even look at it. I called Robinson Brothers and BRAD got the car on Monday and had it fixed by Tuesday afternoon so i could get back home to my family. I recommend them to any one in baton Rouge. I’ve been driving a Lincoln since 1999 but always a sedan. My last sedan was the 2017 Continental. It’s unfortunate that model is no longer made and sold in the U.S. I decided to trade in my high mileage 2017 for a new small SUV and decided on the Nautilus. It’s perfect for me as I don’t like driving a huge truck like vehicle! It has all the options I like and I truly enjoy driving it. I’ve had it for two weeks and I’m truly impressed with its handling and performance! The Revel sound system is awesome! Well done Lincoln!

bought this car used from a dealer,I am a Lincoln guy always bought Lincolns this buy far is the best Lincoln I have owned,smooth driving nice interior and exterior is very nice,the reserve model has all the bells and whistles just love it had to replace the rear shocks at one point but al was covered by warranty other than that I like this car just the right size and good on gas with this 4 cylinder engine and has enough power with the turbo engine really pretty quick on take off and on the road .
