I've never been a Ford product fan,but this truck has won me over. We bought ours used this year and LOVE it. I had determined that I was buying a loaded Tahoe LTZ when the wife had seen the Navi come up at a very good price. She was interested and since we had nothing to do that day, we decided to go and test drive it. That particular one was "road hard and put up wet" but, my wife noted how easy it was to get in and out of.........she suffers osteoarthritis in her knees and felt no pain getting in and out with the larger side steps. Since that was not a complaint for her, we started looking and found the one we currently own. It is quiet, roomy, nice stereo and is a very nice ride when traveling. I'm still not quite a Ford fan, but.........this has gotten me to give them a second look at least.

We bought a 2019 Lincoln MKC reserve, with 54,000 miles on it. The car is most impressive. The only drawback that I would even mention at this point, is a tight backseat as far as roominess, and a shortly smaller cargo area. I have gotten well over 20 miles per gallon around town, and 27.5 on a trip. The seats are incredibly comfortable, both cooled and heated. The entertainment system works flawlessly. The vehicle is solid, stable, and exceptionally quiet. It may turn out to be one of the better vehicles we have ever had.

I've owned this car since 2015, the first year it was on the market. I still enjoy driving it. There were a few minor problems while it was still under warranty. However, the dealer processed all.

This car met my HAVE TO HAVE LIST and more. My previous car was a MKX. This car is peppier and doesn't drive as heavy as the mkx. Although it is slightly smaller I haven't noticed it. The electronics are very user friendly. Only thing missing was Matthew McConaughey in the driver's seat. I would have paid more for that model.

Bought this car 3 years old with 23000 miles. I have owned it for 1 year now. Outside of the door unlock feature on the passenger door sometimes not working the car has been a dream. I love driving my Lincoln, and it is hands down my favorite car I've ever owned. I love that Lincoln gives me the Lincolnway app free so I can start my car, lock / unlock my doors check tire pressure check fuel level and more. When it's new car time I will go to my Lincoln dealer first.

Well I unexpectedly discovered that I was in dire need of transportation and had no clue where to begin. Fortunately, I remembered that I had a Consumer’s Reports subscription and decided to give them a try. They not only gave me ideas about make and model they included reliability and recommended dealerships. The first one I called couldn’t see until the next day. The second one I called was Andy Mohr Speedway Chevrolet. Honestly, I wasn’t even sure what exactly I wanted but the efficient and kind staff helped me quickly narrow things down and picked out the perfect car for me. They also worked with me with financing options, insurance and even getting the license plates!! I am frankly amazed that I have a beautiful car with everything I need without any issues! I purchased my 2017 Lincoln MKX Reserve with the 2.7L twin-turbo engine brand new. After 7 years and about 60,000 miles, I can say it's been a great overall experience. My wife primarily drives it for daily school drop-offs and grocery runs, and the MKX has proven to be a reliable and comfortable vehicle for family use. Even after several years, it still feels luxurious and ahead of its time in terms of technology. The ride quality is smooth thanks to the adaptive damping suspension, and the interior remains impressively quiet and well-built. The leather seats are supportive and comfortable, and the cabin feels upscale all around. What I Love: Luxury Feel: The MKX feels like a true premium SUV. Smooth Ride: The suspension and quiet cabin make for a relaxing drive. Advanced Features: Still loaded with useful tech after all these years. Affordable Maintenance: Ford-sourced parts keep costs reasonable. Solid Build Quality: It’s aging very gracefully. Issues I’ve Experienced: Steering Vibration at Low Speeds: This has been present since day one. I’ve done multiple wheel alignments, but it was never resolved. I’ve just learned to live with it. EGR Valve Replacements: I’ve had to replace the EGR valve three times—definitely a recurring issue. Blower Fan Motor: I had to replace the blower fan motor, which was an unexpected but manageable repair. Fuel Consumption in City: City fuel economy is poor—definitely not ideal for short trips and stop-and-go driving. On the highway, however, it’s excellent. TPMS Sensors: Recently had to replace the tire pressure sensors, which is fairly normal at this vehicle’s age. Final Thoughts: Despite a few issues, the Lincoln MKX has been a comfortable, reliable, and luxurious family SUV. If you're looking for a quiet ride, high-end interior, and a good value luxury vehicle, the MKX delivers. Just be prepared for some typical aging-related repairs and less-than-ideal fuel efficiency in the city. Would I buy it again? Yes—for what it offers in comfort, features, and long-term reliability, it’s still a strong choice.

Comfortable car!! I purchased my 2016 MKX used and have been very satisfied with my purchase. I have not experienced any mechanical problems with the exception of a $60 vacuum line. The problematic issues that others have mentioned with the Ecoboost, I have not experienced. I change my oil every 4K miles. I’d heard that doing that instead of per Ford’s recommendation can help prevent turbo failures. My MKX has the optional 2.7 Litre engine. Very responsive!! Interior is very comfortable and the car overall is enjoyable to drive. Mileage currently 114,690

This car has met all my needs has a great ride and it picks up quickly especially when passing which is my fear when I am in a 2 lane highway and a car might hit me head on if I do not pass quickly.

I didn’t buy this car new it came off of a lease. The auto was certified from the dealership. It’s gorgeous, rides great, luxurious, next to my old Volvo it has the most comfortable leather seats, and has snappy acceleration. Can’t say enough about it. So far it’s great!!

For the past 37+ years I have driven Cadillacs purchased from Lockhart! ALL SERVICE WORK has been performed at Lockhart, as well. I have always been pleased and continue to return to Lockhart for a car purchase and all service work! However, the last BATTERY I purchased from Lockhart failed after approx 11,000 miles and left me stranded last Friday. I expected better than 11,000 miles from a Lockhart purchase! I'm disappointed in the quality and performance of this battery!

I've owned my Lincoln for almost 3 years. My Lincoln has never failed me. My Lincoln moved us from Colorado to S.Carolina pulling a 5x8 cargo trailer. My Lincoln was a champ we were dodging hurricane weather so we hit flooded areas. I would definitely tell you the Lincoln MKC is a great all around SUV.

I was looking for a used Honda Accord and Fadi had one that was in great condition. Very comfortable, surprisingly quick for an inline 4. No real engine problems after 4 years of owning it. Still runs fine at 240k+ miles. I wish the interior roof was black and not PB colored.

I have owned my 2017 MKC since July of 2016. I have had no issues with it at all and I loved the style from the beginning. My next car will be a Lincoln Corsair probably in 2025. My MKC only has 29,000 miles on it!!

I have bought many cars in my life, and this is the best experience I have ever had. I was looking for a higher mileage but nice car for my wife, and found just what I wanted on this lot. The car was in much nicer condition than you would expect for a 2013. When I went to drive it I found out it had new tires, brakes and struts, which was not in the original description. These folks know customer service! It was certainly worth the 45 minute drive to buy this car.

I have owned my Mkc for over 4yrs and the car has been great! It's quiet, comfortable when I make my 3hr trips back and forth from Chicago. Even with the 2.0 engine, she has power to take off and pass anyone I need to. For anyone that complains about oversteer or understeer, check your alignment since I have never experienced that problem driving aggressively. Comfort! Don't understand a complaint there. My brother has a Cadillac Xts and is the most uncomfortable car to sit in. My Mkc rides smooth in comfort mode, is quiet and she is babies and have only had a waterpump go out on me and that is it. All dash controls are easy to navigate and operate but I have always owned Lincolns my entire life and I am 62 and there is a reason for it! Comfortable and problem free. I just don't understand negative comments.
