The sales staff at Century West BMW was helpful in answering my questions about a vehicle I was interested in buying. Although we did not complete a deal, their helpfulness and level of service made my experience with them a pleasant one.

Excellent drive. Extreme technology but apparently the chip shortage made Bmw stop the wireless phone charging from being standard. It’s not an obvious option to choose it because ALL literature and videos suggests that it’s standard. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise, the eco pro mode may be a waste of technology for bmw drivers. We like power. So the option to save 10 miles on a full tank isn’t that helpful when you lose all power.

The first SUV I've ever had. I'm also a salesman, so I've driven a lot of SUVs. In my opinion, it's smooth and roomy with enough tech to satisfy 99.9% of people. Also, it's going to hold its value very well which made stomaching the massive MSRP a little easier.

Making update to my review below. Porsche Downtown LA contacted me directly and agreed to pay for all repairs and make the situation right. They were very apologetic about the entire situation and are willing to go above and beyond to make things better than right. I appreciate their response.

have a very positive experience with Mercedes of Calabasas. My sales rep is Brian Morales, he assisted all throughout the experience. He was professional, polite, and answered all my questions about the MB I was purchasing. Since this is my first MB in 10 years certain features changed. Brian is knowledgeable, showed me all the features. I asked where the jump points are and the battery, he knows where it is. This is not the first time I have dealt with dealerships and many of the sales rep are not familiar with the vehicles. There is no high pressure tactics used by the Brian or the finance person, Raja. Brian also worked with me regarding the return of my car to my hometown of Paso Robles via AAA. I gave him the key, gave him my information, followed up with him regarding the status of the vehicle and responded promptly. Highly recommend Brian to be your sales rep. I would recommend Mercedes of Calabasas to anyone looking to purchase a new MB, I believe they have the most competitive prices in southern California based on my research. They want to move cars, not let it sit in the lot. The price you see is the price they will sell to you. They give a good lean price. I recommend this dealership to anyone. Ask for Brian to be your sales rep and Raja to do your finance.

Bought this 2018 in July with only 1,500 miles. Was able to add Apple CarPlay to complete the package. I’m very happy with it so far, but I haven’t taken it for an extended drive. It still only has 2,200 miles on it so far. I’m planning a little road-trip next month. We will see how it handles. So far so good.

Good looking and great performance. Was looking for another 911, but when I saw this one it just had my name on it! Just stands out from everything on the road. So far outstanding to drive with plenty of power.

Shopped around on cars.com for vehicles we were interested in. We found LA Auto exchange had a good variety of options available, and had very competitive prices compared to others in the LA area. I identified 3 cars I was interested in, and called a couple days in advance to schedule our visit. Because the vehicles I was interested in were at different location, they offered to have all vehicles brought to the location closest to where we live. One of the three didn’t make it. But we drove the other two, and even found a couple more on the lot to consider. They let us test drive all of them, and were patient with my two kids. We ended up picking a very nice 3 row SUV with ample towing capacity that even already had a hitch on it. It had just arrived on the lot. They are now detailing it for us, and we plan to pick it up next weekend. The entire experience took about 3 hours, including the financing, which is quite rapid, I think. All in all, I think it was worth the longer drive for the smooth car buying experience and for the competitive pricing.

I have a 5door '98 that I kept in fairly original condition with regular maintenance & part-time winter 4wd use (a '09Yaris for daily & an mr2-s for summer). Will qualify for collector plate status here (BC) come 2023 (soon!) meaning low insurance & can be covered all year round. 240k(kms) still going strong with just fluids, brakes & belts replaced. Lots of fa ebook groups for parts & friendly advice. Ill keep this & mr2-s forever for grandson to enjoy when everyone else will be on AI-autonomously boring vehicles!

The service was good, all the staff is courteous and very professional.

The only thing that I would say I do not love are some of the mitigation features that at times take away the control of the drive. We had one experience where it was a potential hazard. Apart from that we love the vehicle and the dealership that sold it to us.
