We bought our 2017, AWD 3.7L Select 3 years ago, an off lease car with 31,000 miles on it and we now have just shy of 50,000 miles on it. A coolant leak repaired under warranty within the first week of ownership, last year (year 2) a defective rear door latch button (interior) replaced and the automatic trunk needed a repair later in the year. All told $500 out of pocket in repairs. The fit, finish and interior are outstanding (I traded in a 2005, 3 series BMW for this car, and the Continental’s materials build quality is equal or better). Judge for yourself- but the critical reviews of others simply not justified in my opinion. The ride of this car is not up to 1960s luxury car standards (Lincoln or Cadillac), nor is the noise isolation. The 3.7L V-6 in our car is the same used in previous generations of Mustangs and it shows. I grew up with those ‘60s and ‘70s American luxury cars and I drove them as a teenager (my parents’ and grandparents’ cars). On the other hand, no car currently made can equal the quiet soft ride of those cars. This Continental, however, is close enough it took me back in time. Someone at Lincoln did their homework. The trade off here is exceptional (comparative) acceleration out of a normally aspirated V-6; working harder than a big block V-8 of the ‘60s, but scooting the substantial weight of this car faster than anything of its like made in the ‘60s. The car also out handles those old boats. A fair trade off. I actually love this car. It doesn’t pretend to be anything but 100% American. We actually bought it over a Mercedes S class after driving the Mercedes. A shame Lincoln saw fit to discontinue it, the Continental represents the end of an era (at least so long as Cadillac insists on mimicking a BMW). Nothing is perfect, my complaints are few. The transmission as others have noted can give a rough downshift from time to time at lower speeds. But overall it is well behaved. If left out during winter, ice can collect at the back of the trunk lid where it meets the glass and it must be removed if the trunk is to be opened. Similarly, ice can collect around the folded mirrors and should be removed before starting the car. Ice tends to collect in the door handles’ inner hoops and may need to be chipped away. Our car with a winter package, supposedly has heated windshield wipers, nowhere in evidence. Gas mileage isn’t as bad as some report. Our car has exceeded the EPA mpg estimates. We average close to 19 mpg in town and 26 mpg on the highway on regular.

I love my chevy Cruze Eco it has plenty of leg room front and back and great trunk space. The 1.4 liter turbo is awesome

Car is awesome! Bought a barely driven 2018 model, and it is by far the best car ive ever had. Roomy, lots of advanced features to use, easy, smooth and exellent handling. Only thing I could wish in this one is a tiny bit quicker acceleration, theres a splitsecond pause before 1 and second gear, but its tiny details only and it is quick and feels powerful.. I personally love the look and think it stands out. It has a luxurious feeling to it, the handling is very responsive. Beautiful details both inside and out. Uses very little fuel and can go quite a distance on electricity alone. Its a thrill to drive it every morning, Love it

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

my wife extended her lease of her acura RLX for an extra year awaiting the new TLX... we finally saw one with two weeks left on her extended lease... let's see.. how do i describe the new TLX...how about blah... the VW dealer is about a mile away when we saw the arteon sitting in the used car area... a certified 2019 SEL R-line... with 2,600 miles on it... owned by one of the managers of the audi dealership next door we were told. living in SW florida, i never would have thought about buying a black car, with black interior, black windows and black wheels... it is nothing short of mean looking... gangsta looking... very impressive. gets tons of looks and questions. since it was certified, we got a 7 year, 84k mile warranty.. when i called the insurance agent.. i told her it was an arteon.. she said "a what"...i have not seen more than just a few on the road.. it is unique.. rides nicely.. goes fast.. good gas mileage.. love all the room under the back hatch.. my only issue is that it does not have an electronic closing button.. even my tiguan has one of those... overall... very happy.

I sold my 2004 ACURA MDX with 304,300 miles and purchased a used 2017 ACURA MDX with 95,000. So far I love this car. I am a Honda/Acura fan. First Honda had 325,000 until family member totaled it so purchased the 2004 MDX. I love MDX. The only thing I would change would have the seat pan in both the front and middle row a little deeper. It is not a deal breaker though.

Shopped around on cars.com for vehicles we were interested in. We found LA Auto exchange had a good variety of options available, and had very competitive prices compared to others in the LA area. I identified 3 cars I was interested in, and called a couple days in advance to schedule our visit. Because the vehicles I was interested in were at different location, they offered to have all vehicles brought to the location closest to where we live. One of the three didn’t make it. But we drove the other two, and even found a couple more on the lot to consider. They let us test drive all of them, and were patient with my two kids. We ended up picking a very nice 3 row SUV with ample towing capacity that even already had a hitch on it. It had just arrived on the lot. They are now detailing it for us, and we plan to pick it up next weekend. The entire experience took about 3 hours, including the financing, which is quite rapid, I think. All in all, I think it was worth the longer drive for the smooth car buying experience and for the competitive pricing.

Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase and mostly satisfied with the whole process. It took about a month to get the right color combo in stock, but it was worth it. I was a little disappointed that I had to come back the next day to pick it up though. Jake was professional, friendly, and had knowledge of the vehicle, but since I have been following this car's development for some time, I think I surprised him by knowing more than he did about some things. Management (David I think) tried to sneak a few things onto the total bill, but that was expected, that's their job, and I did my part and caught them. The finance guy, Gerardo, was very professional and made the final signing process easy and relaxed. Unfortunately, I guess he was the only finance person on Wednesday night and I had to wait about an hour for him to finish with another customer. In total, I was there over 5 hours.

I love the car but have had a few issues. 1. The backup camera doesn?t always shut off or turn on when it should 2. My coast light comes on intermittently 3. My heat doesn?t always work Taking it in for these issues. Otherwise, the car performs well and after 5000 miles and only 5 tanks of gas- I?d say it?s well worth a few headaches. I owned the 4 cylinder Optima prior and comparatively- this is way better!

The experience of getting my car serviced at Toyota Nation was quick and easy. Even with the system down I was met with communication, honesty and empathy. The return of my car after it was serviced was also quick and easy, even though it appeared to be a busy day for the hardworking members at Toyota. After enjoying 3 Honda Accords, I finally switched to a Plug-In Hybrid Kia Optima EX Premium 2020. In the first month, I averaged 2,3 litres/100 km in fuel economy (60.7 mpg US). In fact, in my day-to-day commuting (20 km), I only use the EV mode. The 2 l. gas engine comes on idling as a generator only when the heater/AC or the defrosting is too demanding, or after about 40 km of pure EV driving, it takes up the power and then it's also silky-smooth with its 6-speed automatic transmission (gladly not a CVT!) and sips only 5,8 l/100 km. Otherwise, I REALLY enjoy the complete silence and the torquey accelerations of the electric motor on green lights. I plug it every night and I wake up to a fresh new battery every morning. I always have about 900 extra km autonomy on gas, but I mainly drive it in electric mode. The ride is extremely smooth and quiet. The interior is very roomy and comfortable. Chassis feels very solid and high-quality. Steering is precise. The equipment is complete, from the panoramic moonroof, heated leather steering wheel, heated and cooled leather seats with 10 electric adjustments, to all the programmable driving aids like intelligent Cruise-Control, Lane-Maintaining Assist, 360⁰ cameras, 2-zone AC, 10-speakers Harman-Kardon sound system, Apple CarPlay, automatic rain-detecting wipers, self-dimming headlights, LED lighting all around including new foglights, directional and self-levelling headlights etc. The addition of a big battery behind the backseat spreads the weight over the long wheelbase, so they beefed-up the rear suspension and the ride feels very well balanced and composed. It's not a sports car but, thanks to the newly-revised dampers and links, it rides like an expensive European sedan on any type of pavement. Really stable. The only faults are the size of the trunk (which will not allow many big suitcases like regular sedans do) and the non-foldable rear seat. Also, it will not start to heat up while plugged-in. Built in Hwaseong, South Korea, the Plug-In Hybrid Kia shows perfect fit and finish. I'm really impressed!

I picked up my discovery fairly cheap after Hurricane Sandy decimated the Jersey Shore. I live in a shore town, and picked this up for a couple hundred after it was drowned by the hurricane. Despite its age, having over 100k miles, and being hit and sunk by a hurricane, the car has been flawless. After doing basic maintenance that anyone should do when getting a used auto (change all fluid/belts and filters and plugs) the only thing to go wrong in two years of daily driving has been the water pump. That's also maintenance though. Let's talk performance. This is an off roading monster. No stock setup can beat this, maybe the 100k Mercedes G wagon. It's not particularly fast, but it can get out of its own way and has no problem doing highway speeds. Fuel consumption is high which was to be expected. With its torque filled v8 and locking centre differential, I'm always pulling out over ambitious jeep owners from the mud. The wheel articulation is also the best I've seen in any stock setup. This truck was designed and made to go through the roughest desert, and the toughest jungle after all. Speaking of design, the truck looks incredible. It's just a tough, go anywhere looking vehicle. Interior is also great, it has a utilitarian look but still has dual zone climate control with heated seats and room to fit 7 people. The raised rear roof makes it a dream to transport large objects, and did I mention the 4 Sun roofs? All in all, I wish everyone could own a discovery at least once in their lives.
