We found the Mercedes we never thought we would have. It’s a white 2014 gl450 and it was obviously well taken care of before us. We dealt with Rick who was very responsive and helpful. He answered all of our questions and was pleasant to talk to. The cars they have on their showroom are insane. It kept my 10 yo and 7 yo occupied, kind of like Disneyland for car enthusiasts except you cannot touch anything. :) We worked the deal and came to agreement on terms, much better that I thought we would. Most of the communication was through text messaging which is perfect. We went to the dealer to test drive on a Friday and after some more research and a little comparison shopping we bought on the following Wednesday. With Rick’s help this was the car for us. Very low pressure and very helpful. I bought the extended warranty, originally the price was too high the finance guy came back “at cost” who knows, but after calling around and checking online I feel like we got an awesome deal on that too.
Just purchased Range Rover from Dan. Purchased this vehicle sight unseen. Dan sent very accurate close-up pictures of the Rover. After agreeing on a price, Dan arranged covered transport and rig sent to our front door. I had a couple of small issues after the sale and they were very quick to resolve them. It was a very smooth and seamless transaction. Great customer service!!!! We will be doing business with Grand Prix Motors again.

I live in Chicago & the dealership is in Portland, Oregon. I told Mr Marcus De La Rosa that I was seventy years old plus, I really wanted the car. He arranged the shipping of the new car to me and the old one back to him. Papers were overnighted to me and returned by US Postal Service. The experience was so enjoyable, that I am back again. Hoping for the same thing, or even close.
I purchased a 2014 MB C 250 sport/Luxury in February of 2017. The car is beyond my expectations. This particular car had many options not generally seen in most C class vehicles and with low mileage. Still, I believe I paid an extremely fair price for the car. The car is a joy to drive and handles like a much more expensive car and looks like it too! It's pure class! And as an added bonus, the 4 cylinder turbo sport engine gets terrific mileage. Just a wonderful, wonderful car.
My salesperson, Jason was extremely kind, helpful, patient and very knowledgeable about the car, the brand as well as the other vehicles in the showroom. The rest of the sales team were also very accommodating and engaging, asking if I needed anything such as coffee or water. There IS a better mousetrap and these guys (& girls) have made it. While the price WAS a major factor ; they price them to be sold, it was really the "how" they do it here that left me floating out to my new car. Painless?? Forget painless, this was ENJOYABLE!! Rodney was very unprofessional, I have never been to a dealership that doesn’t go over the contract throughly . When I came in the next day I spoke with a new sales manager named Joshua Chavez , if it wasn’t for him making up for Rodney’s mistake I would never step foot in a Nissan again . If you go to Nissan go to Joshua Chavez . He was very straight to the point and I left a happy customer
The Auto Livery staff is friendly and helpful whether it is buying a car, trading one in or getting your car serviced. They are very knowledgeable and provide top notch service. This isn’t like other car dealerships where you feel pressured by their salesman. The Auto Livery is a hassle free, no pressure automobile dealership. That is one thing I look for when I purchase a car.
They also offer very fair prices on their cars (my family has purchased multiple cars from them) and also in their service shop. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a quality used automobile or simply just get their car serviced here!
Although the primary car I was interested in was in the process of being sold when I arrived, I received great customer service as I looked at another car.
