I went to Baker Jeep as my Grand Cherokee lease was up. Konstantin did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable through the entire purchase if my new Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon! I absolutely AM's thrilled with it.
I bought a 2007 Jeep Commander from a dealer in Bel Air MD almost 2 years ago . And the experience I had at Baker Jeep was the complete opposite. I drove 150 to this dealership specifically because they had what I wanted and treated my so well along with worked with me. I would definitely buy from them again. They explained everytjing to me so well and in detail.
No complaints. I have been getting my car serviced at Baker for years and have never had an issue. The techs are informative in reviewing the repairs that are needed. They move quickly and everyone is easy to work with. I would say the entire staff is looking out to make sure their customers have a great experience!

From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was met with friendly service, which made me feel at ease. I spoke to Cody, Roger and Scott during my process and never felt pressured. They were focused on me as a potential customer and answered all my questions. I have been looking at used Mercedes Benz for months but never felt welcomed by salesman at other dealerships. I would buy from these guys again. They are awesome and you won’t be disappointed.

This dealership is new and an up and comer. Their process is quick, easy and hassle free. I was treated with respect and the service is awesome. My main point of contact was Jonathan. His attention to detail and communication were both great. I met 2 of his co-workers and they too, were professionals. This dealership and brand is a welcome addition for those in search of high end, exotic cars sold in a professional way.
As a car collector, I have dealt with too many dealerships to mention. I worked with Danielle Jarrell and she was the most professional and considerate sales person I have ever worked with. I purchased my car on line and my vehicle is everything she said it would be. The pick up of my vehicle was smooth, and she had everything ready for pick up. Great dealership!

Reason I bought was due to Shawn Waara briefing me well regarding Ferrari I had not seen.Shawn repeatedly sent pictures of things I wanted to know regarding car such as Navigatiin , year of manufacture label etcetera
I worked with John and Rosie as well as a young tech guy. I found them each easy to work with as well as honest and friendly. The car I was buying had just come in with a bad tire but they changed it out for me. I drove from Austin to buy my car and I am glad I did! Totally worth the drive.
I’d gone in to drive a used Audi A7. I was working with Brett S. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about high end automobiles. I was truly impressed also that as I came in unannounced he had remembered my name from an email previously sent. Great customer service.
Initial sales contact was within a half a day. Treated with respect and honesty. very cool the way they emailed a slideshow of the dealership and car I was interested in.
Follow up was just enough without being overwhelming.
Unfortunately they sold the car I was interested in. I will continue to keep my eye on this dealer for a car. Again, treated with professionalism and courtesy throughout the experience.
Wife and I were shopping for a new family vehicle since we already had an SUV and a convertible Jag. We found a newly listed Mercedes Benz Brabus Edition S550 advertised at EuroCar. I called on early on Saturday morning and my call was answered by Christian Beyer. Being in the automotive racing industry for over 40 years I was expecting the normal "salesmanship b/s" especially when purchasing a used vehicle. To my surprise I was greeted with total professionalism and factual information. One sales pitch he gave was true, they had received many calls that morning on the car with several individuals saying they were on their way to buy the car. Christian said if I really wanted the car would I provide some form of deposit to protect my position since it would take 11/2 hr to drive to the facilities. I did as requested. Upon arrival the Brabus was parked out front looking like it just came off the showroom floor.....beautiful. My wife fell in love. Upon entering the agency several sales personal were arguing over the car for each had 'deals' working. Christian graciously led us into his office and we signed papers immediately. Afterwards he painstakingly showed my wife and I every aspect of the vehicle, test drove and again went over several facts for my wife. I'm 70 and have purchased many exotic cars in my life of all makes and models, been to way too many dealerships and have endured every sales pitch there is and more. At EuroCar, all we received was professionalism and respect. From the initial greeting to the finance department and back to receiving our keys to the most beautiful Brabus we ever had, Christian and members treated us with utmost professionalism. This is how dealerships should act.. EuroCar really impressed my wife who hates car dealerships like going to the dentist, instead it was like going shopping with an American Express Black card, all fun! I highly recommend EuroCar and Christian if you ever want an exotic car or a high caliber family car, EuroCar has it and most importantly they have professionals like Christian who understand the cars, the buyers and the finance. Beautiful showroom as well... Big Toys!!!!!
Everything was at or above expectations. I found the car I wanted at Cats and the condition of the vehicle actually exceeded my expectations and was everything they promised.
They answered all my questions, did a Facetime session so I could see specific items that were of interest to me, and provided me with specific pictures and answers to my queries.
John was very professional and friendly. Since I had to fly in from out of state they met me at the airport as the plane landed. This little extra they offered without me asking.
Would I buy from them again? In a heartbeat!
