The were very transparent on pricing even showing a price comparison of other competitors.
Also ,They threw in some custom rims 22in and a second set of when for $500.
Car was in sound mechanical condition. Never had a problem with it. Will definitely be buying again.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

My husband and I started looking for our next vehicle about 2 months ago. We both love the land cruiser and Lexus style of vehicle, so we were very focused and specific in our search. We also are avid YouTube viewers of the overlanding community and hopefully will be able to rig-out a land cruiser or Lexus for this purpose. We had contacted many dealers/sales associates, and Leon at Rocky Mountain Eurosport's contacted us almost immediately! More often that not, we either did not receive a response or it was days later before someone would get back with us. So you can imagine our surprise when Leon responded so quickly. We cannot begin to express how "smooth" our purchase process was, and this was because of Leon's professionalism. This was a purchase from afar, a couple states away, and it seemed like we were right there through the whole process!

Where to start from. The beginning to the end it was overall the best car experience. I called Maaliki motors on the phone and ed listen to what I am looking for and made me feel comfortable over the phone very friendly and honest. When I came in we test drove the car and it was very nice . When it came down to pricing and the real deal Frank was very kind and know what he is doing. Showed me all the numbers and got me what I asked for and match what I have from my credit union. If I can leave 10 star I would. Honest ppl to deal with.
