If you're like me, once you settle on a ride you love, you may appreciate direct, prompt responses to questions via email. As a business owner, time is precious. In shopping for a Levante, I started with my local dealer and emailed several others. To these folks, It felt like my questions were an annoyance and there was a hesistancy to share information. Then I discovered a listing at Thompson. When I emailed Peter and Lee at Thompson, there was a marked difference. Immediately, my inquiries were answered in full detail, with courteousy and even proper grammar! Phone calls and further emails were effectuated on my time, in a respectful way that made me feel important. Soon it was apparent that these folks were different. We made a deal. The next thing I knew, the day before the holiday, Lee was personally driving 5 hours to my house behind the flatbedded vehicle. Who does this??!?! Actually, I do, in my business. And I know how difficult it is to make it look easy, a feat that Thompson accomplished. You better believe, I will give them first dibs on keeping my future business. Thanks, guys!
