You don't expect a lot of pressure or hassle buying a Ferrari so a dealer experience is more a high end clothier than an auto buying experience. Both Corey and Bud were exemplary to deal with: straightforward, informative and made the process super painless however. No '45 minutes in the F&A department' being sold 1,000 dollar clear-coats or similar! In and out in 5 minutes.
Nice showroom as you would expect, but a shame about the Starbucks coffee when Illy or Lavazza would be much more brand-relevant!
The people at the dealership enbody the talian experience that the car itself exudes. Giuliano is a great person to represent the Masarati brand. I was also finished with the paperwork within 1 1/2 hours. Amazing!

I have been to many dealerships and know many car salesmen. There are very few that I can say are honest, fair, and provide excellent service. Justin on the other hand was one of the few. He sold me an excellent car, at a very fair price, and went above and beyond to make sure I drove the car home that same day. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and friendliness of the staff.
James provided a professional but relaxing purchasing experience. I really appreciated his no-pressure approach. He answered all my questions and gave me the time that I needed to make various decisions. James also took the time to fully explain and demonstrate driving features of the car during the test drive. I’d gone in to drive a used Audi A7. I was working with Brett S. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about high end automobiles. I was truly impressed also that as I came in unannounced he had remembered my name from an email previously sent. Great customer service.
I contacted Ferrari/Maserati of Salt Lake City about a used car listed on Cars.com. Was contacted back by their representative, and we began a back and forth communication about the car I was interested in. I eventually flew from Denver to SLC to view the car, and was handled superbly by the staff.
I own a Fiat 500e with a broken tire pressure sensor. Daniel Cerna the Service Advisor took care of me. He repaired it plus he replaced a foggy rear lamp, plus a couple of recall upgrades. He told me that it was all covered under warranty. (It wasn't, but he had it covered anyway). Saved me $500.00 it repair cost. When i came to pick up my care i was very late and Danny had already gone home. He came but to the dealership to get my my care so i could take it home. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty to help out a customer that was having a hard time navigate his day. Danny saved me hours of grief and i recommend taking your car to Van Nuys FIAT for all your service and repair needs. I know i will.
I can't speak highly enough about this establishment. Chris and Tyler were especially courteous and made our buying experience the best we've ever had from a car dealership. In case you're thinking, "Duh, when you buy something that expensive, they have to kiss your @$$," we bought a used Jeep for less than 30K. They're just good people, regardless of who you are or what you're buying.
