They are not the best, they are not the worst; they are the Melba toast of car dealerships. I was working with another dealership in WV that seemed unable to find the Jeep that Tri-County had. Made the 90 min drive and traded in one Jeep for the other at Tri-County. Generally speaking, I feel that my trade in was low balled and the price that I paid for my new Jeep was $2k higher than a similar vehicle with a hard top with a dealer in Virginia but I didn't want to give up a day's pay for something that might not be there by the time that I arrived. Look, these guys are not priests nor are they rabbis--they are car salesmen. One specific positive note: when they tried to upsell me on additional coverages, a simple "I'm not even remotely interested in that bu11$h1t" ended that conversation with no additional hard sells. One specific negative note: when I went to pull out of the lot, I saw that the side view mirror controller knob was busted. It was too late to get a tech to pop in a new one but who doesn't catch that when you are test driving?
The people at Car World were great , and patient. No pressure. A pleasant buying experience. We dealt with Lenny, he was very helpful. This is our second car purchase. I recommend Car World to all my friends.
I found a car which fit my needs and my budget. They got me approved and I must say they whole experience was pretty smooth. Car was inspected and cleaned before I signed the dotted line. Definitely recommend this dealership.
Going to the dealership is typically a forlorn experience for many. There’s already so much pressure we put on ourselves as buyers to get the best bargain and not get sold on a car by a slick talking salesman. You won’t find that here at Imperial Auto Mall. I had such a great time working with Edwin and Julia to help me find my perfect car and my every need was met. They explained the process so very clearly and at no point made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me being a first time buyer. If any of you decide to go to Imperial Auto Mall make sure you ask for Edwin he is well informed on all the vehicles in inventory and is patient and can help you walk away with the best possible purchase. I will be recommending him and Imperial auto to any of my friends and family interested in a car.

Devin our sales guy was great. Followed up and really worked with us on getting the price we could afford. I had a few issues with some minor repairs after the purchase but after some discussions they honored them. The only negative thing was the finance person. He was rude and patronizing and made what was an awesome experience up to that point a bummer. But it wouldn’t keep me from buying from them again. I just wouldn’t go through that guy again.
