I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
Greg Powell is amazing! Best salesman I've ever worked with in my many car purchases! He's friendly, personable, and most importantly not pushy!!! They're in Arlington which is a bit of a drive from Cleburne, but I wasn't happy with the treatment I received the one time I visited the Mazda dealership in Fort Worth, and with the deal they were offering on a certified pre-owned Mazda 6 it was worth it to go check them out. And I'm very glad that I did!!!

Steven Miller was our sales rep. I came in to see him a week before my purchase. We kept in touch and finally agreed upon a very fair price for a Toyota FJ Cruiser. Service like a luxury dealer. Staff is attentive but not overbearing. They are informative and will let you know your options. As a first time VW owner, I was very impressed. I didn't even but my car from them. I actually drove 40 minutes for their service (when I live 12 minutes from another dealership). Anyway, Mr Mo Q. took great care of me. I was able to get some work done in the waiting area while I waited (appreciate the wifi). I'll say this. I do a lot of reviews. I believe they are helpful to both the customer and business. If I give a 1 🌟, a business is really bad. At the same time if I give a 5 🌟, the business really deserves their credit. I don't evaluate emotionally and try to be fair realizing everyone's experience is different. I observed the service staff as people came in and went out. It is of my opinion that Hiley purposely strives for top notch customer experience.
