Bruce Ballard and Brooklyn Johnson are fantastic people! Our buying experience at Rodger Beasley dealerships is always top notch and professional, but Bruce and Brooklyn exceeded expectations in our experience in Killeen. Our last new car buying experience had us at the dealership for 6 to 8 hours. Bruce and Brooklyn easily cut that time in half and we were able to leave with a great deal and a new CX5. From the moment Curtis walked out to greet me, he was very courteous and professional. I told him my situation and which vehicle I was interested in. He immediately grabbed the keys to test drive the exact car I wanted. He went over a lot of the features and was able to answer my questions without hesitation. I took the car for a test drive and was ready to move forward in buying it. I told Curtis I was on a time crunch and needed to leave by a certain time. He made sure the paperwork and finance were complete in a timely manner. When we parted ways, it was before the time I had told him. I saw him the following Monday with the second key to my trade in. He got in my CX-5 with me and answered all my questions that came up between Saturday and then. He has since followed up with a phone call to make sure I am still satisfied with my purchase. I wanted to reach out because Curtis definitely deserves the positive recognition! He was professional, understanding, timely, followed through and followed up on all aspects to make this one of the best car buying experiences I've had.
This was a good car-buying experience. The salesman was Richard Cortez and he was calm, practical, listened to what I said and didn’t try to override me. No one at this dealership wasted time, and although everyone wants to get the best deal possible, especially a car dealership, I never felt less than in control of the negotiation or pressured. I felt that Richard had his manager’s support throughout. Everyone was nice as well as low key, including the finance manager I dealt with. I like the CX5 I bought, but to put the cherry on top, the GM of the dealership, largest in the city, thanked me for my business. Kudos to North Park Mazda.
bought a new Jetta and every thin went great! Alex Avila did a great job and was very kind and helped when needed. the insurance girls Jessica Diaz and Sigrid Neu did a great job and where very helpful. also dealt with Leo and some finance people all where great thank you!
I'm very impressed with the professional nature of the Ide Staff. They were personable, helpful, and most importantly honest. My salesman was fantastic and answered my many questions and offered multiple resolutions to each. I'm surprised that this whole process was so easy, efficient, and not stressful at all. Great dealership great staff. They were all very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. I did a little research before hand but cody was able to show me a couple other options one of which was a better fit for me.
As always the friendliness and level of service was excellent. The work was done in a timely fashion and we were in and out in less than an hour. Also as always I do believe the level of service should be matched by a courtesy of vacuuming the interior--this is my only caveat to a great experience.
Bruce Blake without a doubt is the best and most honest, straight forward car dealer that we have ever met. There is no beating around the bush with Bruce. He is as honest as the day is long, and has always been there for my partner and I. We have known Bruce for years, and feel like he is a good friend. Bruce makes people feel special, and that's what living is all about. He is not just looking for a quick car deal to make that commission for himself. He truly wants to help the customer find the best deal for their money, not to mention the most comfortable car for the buyer. Bruce will not attempt to talk you into something else, which I truly find appealing for a car dealer. Most of the other dealers that I have dealt with act like the buyer is stupid, and try to get over on them to get more money. Not Bruce... I have referred people to Bruce, and have never heard one bad comment from any of them, in reference to his professionalism and honesty. This is who Bruce is as a person, not just a car dealer! I have had the best experience ever from the beginning to the end. Landon Puffer was so nice, informative and just a friendly person who won my confidence and trust when making my decision in buying my Forester. I felt like I was talking to a family member about a car and not a salesperson in it for their own benefit. The entire staff was very helpful and welcomed me, my son-in-law and daughter and their service dog Levi.
Had a great experience of buying a car at Open Road Mazda. Mike wadhwa , the used car manager was super helpful and treat me very well. Made sure i got the best deal and that my car was clean before i left. The General manager was wonderful as well making sure i understood everything about my deal. Thanks again for making purchasing a car easy! Definitely recommend buying a vehicle here!
Our sales person Zach was helpful and never pushy and as always the owner Jim was friendly and helped made our transition to a new vehicle painless. This is the 4th vehicle I have bought through this dealership and I would not go anywhere else.
They did not give the Sport Bars to me that were in the pictures online! I have asked twice with no response and I believe if that’s the way the Car appears online then that is what should be included in the Sale.
