Our sales consultant, Ronald, was incredibly helpful, a good listener, and willing to help us find the best deal possible for us. We came out with a better car and we expected and with no issues or questions.
My experience with peruzzi Mazda was nothing short of a great experience. My sales associate Doug was excellent, truly went the extra mile to get me out the door with a car and deal I was very happy with. Unfortunately the Mazda 3 I leased was totalled recently after i was rear ended. I will be taking my business back to peruzzi and will work with Doug again!
I give Hamilton Volkswagen a 5 star rating because they try to get you in as soon as possible and take care of business. While in for a cosmetic issue I was made aware of a recall check and it was also fixed. I???ve never had an issue while at Hamilton Volkswagen.
Have been dealing with Hamilton VW for years; purchased 6 vehicles from Passat to Jetta and now Tiguan. Ron Demaskey has been our salesperson for the majority of our purchases and has always made us feel appreciated. The entire process is smooth and not too long. Their Service department has also been very fair to work with. Overall, our experiences have been great.
I recently had recall work done to my Mazda RX-8. Everybody in-service is very helpful from the girls that book the appointments to the service manager who despite being busy took time to listen to my car concerns. While waiting I looked at some new cars I was very impressed at how knowledgeable the saleswoman was about not only the car I was interested in but their entire line. I would recommend Maple Shade Mazda to my family and friends and have.
Wrote a previous negative review for this dealership. Today I picked up car this morning. Got a sincere apology from auto body manager. Seems like they had several run ins with Murphy's Law these past few days. The work performed is excellent! They also through in a 52,500 mileage maintenance package for free next time I return for service, which I plan to do, to compensate for extra car rental expense. More than willing to go back to dealer again to see how it goes.

After market warranty for more that double the price I paid from the manufacturer directly got very short tempered when I asked basic questions , everyone else very professional. Brian was an exceptional salesman.
