Super helful Customer Service

I cant begin to describe how fantastic my customer service rep was when I was shopping for my new (used) car. Brian Wong took the time to show me every available used car in my price range, and even crunched the numbers to be able to offer me a few just a little over my budget.
We talked about all of the important things, like safety features, model options, engine specs, and mileage, as well as some life and family related questions to ensure I was making the best choice for my lifestyle, with optimum seating for my current needs plus cargo room for large or bulky items like surfboards (or most recently a giant baby swing). He asked questions about aspects of my needs that I hadn't even considered, which is saying something, bc I tend to be super thorough about researching big ticket purchases. This brought me to my dream used car, which not only fits me PERFECTLY (thanks to his intuition and assistance) but also is the absolute BEST deal I was offered at any other dealership.
I LOVE my new (to me) car and will always visit Cutter Mazda first for all my future vehicle purchases. Thank you so much Brian Wong, for all your help.
