Needed regular maintenance done and it was done in a very timely manner. Megan Dolce, at the Service Desk, always does a good job of communicating status and ensuring things are done well and on time.

I got there they checked my car in the truck it away. We discussed what I needed to have done and told them to do whatever they needed to do to fix it and hour and 10 minutes later it was all set to go. I was impressed with the video That they sent me explaining what they did. I thought that was pretty interesting.

While I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I noticed that she was also showing a vehicle to a walk in as it was early in the morning, so to not lose a potential client she jumped into sales mode. Kudos to Megan Dolce for being multi-talented which you don’t see much these days!

The South Bay Mazda online manager answered right away after I looked at your sites referrals. I headed from the Valley (23 miles-48 mins.) to the store. Great salesman, Sam (Osama) Hussein,who even had a newly hired Max help me while he finished up a prior sale. The assist. sales manager helped me go through paperwork since I was paying cash. Our salesman was Glenn Gannaway. After coming to an agreement on the purchase of the vehicle, we had filled out a form for requests to be completed as part of the deal. One request was to repair or replace the damaged headliner. Secondly, Glenn told us he would get us the second of the pair of key fobs. Thirdly, we requested a bottle of touch up paint to take care of small nicks in the exterior paint. Now three weeks later, we are still waiting for these requests to be taken care of by this dealership.” The updated review is a five star review “We purchased a 2019 Ford Edge Titanium from this dealership on 11/10/22. We traded in our Ford Escape and our F-150 on this vehicle to have lower payment and more comforts. The deal went well with Glenn Gannaway as our salesman and Josh Woodruff taking care of the finances. Josh did an excellent job with our financing and made sure that we were able to get a refund on our unused Ford warranty balance. They gave us a fair trade on both of our vehicles and a reasonable price on our Ford Edge. There were a couple of items that had to be taken care of after the sale on the we owe sheet. The headliner had some damage and there was a few small paint chips and only one key fob with the Edge. The dealership has provided touch up paint for the chips and purchased a second key fob for us. They had repairs made to the headliner, and although it doesn’t look brand new, it is acceptable and hardly noticeable. The experience, although time consuming has ended on a good note and I would recommend buying a new or used vehicle from the Machens Auto Group.”
