Mazda Service Dept-I had no problem making this appointment. The person on the phone was more than accommodating. When I arrived they broke down all the cost of repair before they started. The person in the parts department was very friendly and professional. He helped me order everything I needed and even showed me where the parts are on the car. I waited at the dealership and they have a comfortable waiting room with TV and coffee. They changed my oil to Castrol magnetic oil which I later looked up and its pretty cool stuff. The mechanics are very friendly people who always greet me when I bring my car there. I got my car back in no time. I decided I will even bring my Nissan there to be fixed from now on. Definitely recommend this dealership over others on Long Island.

These guys were phenomenal. Connor went above and beyond, took the car to my family mechanic for a once over early in the morning prior to my purchase which was important to me. I picked up my Miata today. To begin with I had flown in from Florida, and was picked up at the Airport(!) by my sales person, Jonathan. He had kept in touch while I was in Fl., had my Miata prepared and waiting. Jonathan painstakingly explained all the details of my car, patiently answering all my questions. He was was obviously very knowledgeable about my model. I was then introduced to Barrie,who walked me through the paperwork. She presented different coverage options, but was in no way "pushy". As I left I even got a friendly greeting from a gentleman whom I surmised was the manager. To sumerise, my purchase at Smith Haven Mazda was as pleasant as I can imagine. I shall share this experience with friends, and will certainly return there for my next automobile purchase
I had a wonderful experience buying my new Mazda 6 Signature at Garden City Mazda. I worked with Liza DiMelfi who could not have been more helpful. I was looking for a particular exterior and interior color; Liza found out that one was coming in from Japan and that the dealership could request it. Being a distrusrful person, I could not believe that when it arrived, it would be accurate. But sure enough, it, as well as the experience, was perfect.

Peggy the manager was awesome and that's when we decided to pull the trigger and make the deal. She was outrageous and so knowledgeable and professional.

To start, I hate buying cars from dealerships, I can't recall anytime I
had a good experience. I first went to Huntington Mazda some time in July to check out the CX5. We went for a test drive and the salesman was very knowledgeable. They gave me a price with a discount although I told them that I was not ready to buy and then I left to check other crossover/suv's. There was no going back and forth salesman to manager about the price, some of the games that dealerships play. I was given a price and there was no pressure when I was leaving like "what can we do to get you in the car today" and "this price is only good today". After some research and personal preference I returned to Huntington Mazda and purchased the CX5. The salesman, Jim Lee was great! The finance manager was great too. Explained all our options without putting any pressure on us. I would highly recommend Huntington Mazda.
Had a great experience at this dealership. Spent months looking at vehicles online trying to avoid dealerships after some bad experiences recently in my search. Hesitantly, went to Mazda of Huntington expecting the same sub-par experience and was completely surprised and impressed with the service. My salesman Rolando Chinchilla was warm and friendly from the start looking to establish my needs first and find the best solution, and the GM Jack DePalo was great in making my strict requests happen. There was no hassle and within a day or two I had my new CX-5 and I am in love with it! I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family when in need and I highly recommend it to anyone looking. Don't waste time anywhere else.
