This was he Quickest car buying process I've ever experienced. I picked my car online. I went in and Tom took my info and took me out to test drive my car. by the time we got back I was already approved and the deal was done. Came back the next day tot pick up my car and Tom came in on his day off to make sure I was taken care of. from the moment I walked in the door everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Saw a car here on cars.com and visited Brubaker's, and I have to say, the five star rating they have is well deserved. Wilmer Brubaker showed me around, gave me all the info I needed about the car I was interested in, didn't once seem like he was just trying to sell me a car - he wanted to be sure I had the right car for me. This was the first time I've bought a car myself, and I'd been to several dealers where the salesmen kept trying to point me towards the most expensive car, it was so frustrating. Not at Brubaker's. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the whole process of getting the car was smooth and easy. I can't recommend them enough!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
My wife's Mazda 3 lease was expiring and needed to get a new car. We decided not to lease but to purchase. We wanted to look at Mazda CX5, Kia Sorento, and Subaru Forrester. We started at Lancaster Mazda becasue that is where the lease was contracted Emily Shaub was our excellent sales person. We explained our situation and beginning to shop. We also told Emily the features we wanted in a new vehicle. She recommended the CX5 touring model. Emily is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and listened to our needs. She also included my wife in the conversations because after all, a joint decision. The most annoying part is the negotiations back an forth. (Note: it took 3 hours for the lease price to be agreed). Emily came back with a very respectable offer. One counter bid later, the contract was signed. The price agreed to eliminated our need to continue shopping at the other vehicles.
Much of this was again to Emily listening to our needs and matching the perfect car / model to us.
The only thing I would changed would have not waited for the dealer prep to be complete. I would have asked when it would be done and returned. This is only a minor inconvenience because it was only an hour.
Since owing the CX5 it has exceeded my expectations. I am getting excellent gas mileage and enjoy driving the car.
