I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Did research online and landed on the CX-3. Arranged for a test drive appointment online. I was very apprehensive because I had never done the whole process start to finish. My sales person (Jamie) did a great job of making me feel relaxed and never pressured. We went through pricing/payments and every question I had was answered honestly and I felt like I was getting a good deal (again with no pressure). We discussed the options/color I was looking for and even though they did not have one on their lot, they had one delivered for me that week. Overall time spent at the dealer was about 2-3 hours between test drive day and pickup/paper signing day. You can't ask for anything less stressful than that.
My experience at Faulkner Mazda today was a great one. They went above and beyond to work with me and to help with the complications that were presented because I was buying from out of state. I really appreciated the leeway and would highly recommend them.
I was more than pleased with the service I received at Faulkner Mazda. From my initial inquiry to the actual purchase. I felt like the only one purchasing meaning the attention was on me. Each sales consultant was more than friendly and helpful. They did not make me feel rushed and pressured. I would recommend their services to my family and friends!
My husband and I were very happy with the sales associate, Laura Knepp, and the process of a "no-haggling" price guarantee. I was a bit disappointed when test-driving my car and when I picked up the car that the car had no paper floor mats to keep it clean. I also requested on a sales document to make sure that the car was vacuumed and clean before pickup. It was clean except for the 4 floor mat areas. The dealership could use more parking sites for customers that are near the front door of the sales building. Also, an expanded ladies bathroom with a private entrance would be nice. I was never able to use it because of one person in there for a long time.
My current vehicle is a CX-5 and it is my third Mazda. I always take my vehicles to Faulkner Mazda for service because I know they are dependable and if I ever have a problem they will find it and correct it. The service staff especially Jeremy is always friendly, knows and calls me by name. He keeps me updated on recommended services needed depending on the mileage. The waiting area is comfortable and welcoming. All staff I have encountered are friendly and attentive.
This location for buying a car was un-beatable! All employees were super nice and straight shooters. The process was pain less and Skip Eagle was amazing and extremely friendly. This location knows what customer service means! Great group of people and i would drive the 2 hours again to buy another car from this dealership and from Skip! Amazing service guys! Have always had good luck dealing with Champion Mazda. When we decided to trade for a new car, we called and Tom took care of us immediately. He referred us to our salesman, Larry and he was excellent going over all aspects of our new Mazda CX5. He was exceedingly thorough covering all of the technical areas of the car and showing all options.
I went to Faulkner Mazda in search of a CX-5 and a few days later, I drove away in a new CX-5! The staff was very helpful in my first car-buying experience and were very willing to answer my questions. I worked closely with Pete and Amanda who were both very knowledgeable of the car and helpful in answering texts, calls, etc. The men in the service area were also very friendly. Not a "pushy" sales team. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car!

The Service Manager at Harrisburg Faulkner Mada, Jeremy, is always willing to answer questions and check out any noises or problems I have with my 2012 Mazda3. The Service Department is the main reason I traveled from New York to buy my second Mazda from this dealership.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate.
