They did not give the Sport Bars to me that were in the pictures online! I have asked twice with no response and I believe if that’s the way the Car appears online then that is what should be included in the Sale.

The first time i visited Oak Tree Mazda was to test drive only. Immediately upon walking in I was greeted and helped without having to seek down a salesperson. I was able to test drive the car of my choice very quickly.
The salesperson (Andy) gave me an overview of the car’s features, and even explained the differences between Mazda and other carmakers. He was very objective in his advice and clearly had an extensive knowledge base.
He also explained the pro’s and con’s of leasing vs. buying until we found a financing option I was comfortable with.
When I told him I was still researching vehicles and couldn’t immediately commit, I felt no pressure or gimmicks to sign on the spot- but instead received an invitation to return in the near future.
Andy also followed up with me several times post my visit to check on my vehicle purchase process, providing updated quotes and information on specials and deals as they became available.
After test driving lots of cars, and researching pricing at multiple Mazda dealers, none of the other dealerships in the area came close to the customer experience I received at Oak Tree Mazda. When I returned to purchase my car a month later, I not only got the best deal in the Bay Area, I was also able to give my business to a team that had my best interests at heart from day one!
