Car started running super rough out of the blue.... Had it towed to Burnsville Mazda and they were able to fix it for me quickly. They recommended spark plugs too, but I had just done those a year ago, so they said it was fine they didn't replace those with the ignition coil.
We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt after almost a year of communication with your salesman, Brett Banaszewski. He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. WOW. I shopped around for probably 8 hours this past weekend and Mazda was my last stop (wish it was my first). I am thoroughly impressed with the overall service and help that Cody L. provided me. I had lots of questions, and he had lots of answers. I walked in tired, annoyed, and honestly just over car shopping (remember, out 8 hours already) and he was just so positive and up beat that it made it such a great experience from the moment I stepped foot in the door, to the moment I left with new car keys in hand. EVERYTHING felt easy. Thank you Morries Mazda for doing a wonderful job overall! I am extremely pleased and will absolutely be returning for my next one.
I used the Mazda app to make the service appointment, It went flawlessly! The service tech at the check-in counter was very sharp on certainly on his ???A??? game. Unfortunately, I didn???t take note of his name...next time! The wait time for the service was actually quicker than projected! Side note...very comfortable waiting area!
I purchased a new Mazda3 and have had one service appointment for it. Everyone I dealt with throughout the entire process was extremely helpful. Alyssa was awesome during the sales process and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. When it came time for a service appointment Jamie was fantastic as well. The service is great, super fast, easy schedule online, they call me with updates in my car and I love the message when my car is ready, I can see my bill online and make the payment there or in the dealer. Costumer service is great. I have bought three cars there, two with the help of Mike Davis and he is super nice, helpful, respectful. I highly recommend this dealer and Mike as sales person. In service Scott Jones and Dallas Adams are awesome.
Brandon was patient, thorough, informative, personable, and not pushy at all throughout my entire buying process. Not for one minute did I feel pressured into upgrading this or that until I had made my decision on an item. He brought joy and personality to the information he presented me with so that I was able to make the most informed and knowledgeable decision in a vehicle that I could have possibly made. All the staff were genuinely excited for my purchase and what it meant for me and reinforced that if I had any issues, questions, or concerns that I could contact them at any time.
Loved the new building and service was exceptional as usual.

We love Tom Nelson. He always is honest and doesn???t try to make us spend money for repairs when they aren???t needed. In our situation, we read on the internet on a Mazda forum that some Mazda service dept???s we???re recommending new transmissions for people that had similar issues as us. Tom recommended a software update and it took care of the problem for us. Highly recommend this Mazda service dept.
Very professional, respectful, consultative/not pushy, don't need to be a negotiator to get a good/fair deal. It was an enjoyable experience and a dealer I am recommending to my friends.
