I've come to this dealership before due to a recall on my 2007 Mazda. I've always had good customer service in the maintenance department, so when it was time to finally buy a car I decided this dealership would be a good start. I'm SO happy I made that decision because the customer service and atmosphere here is excellent! Joby was super helpful, listened to all my ridiculous requests and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend working with Joby if you have the opportunity to do so. Shane was super helpful explaining my finance options and made sure to explain the process while we waited for my information to come back from the bank. Jeremy went through the paperwork thoroughly and quickly and made sure to stop and answer any questions I had, in detail. I was even there past closing time (I try not to be that person -seriously!) and no one even batted an eye about having to stay late to accommodate me. Overall, excellent customer service. I would highly recommend the Mazda brand and the Kent dealership.
The car buying process was easy. Carl had helped us with a test drive a couple of months ago. When we decided to buy a honda, we made sure to make an appointment with Carl. He was very helpful and nice to work with on our visits.
The staff in the service department is always efficient and courteous. They take care of my vehicle and keep it in tip top shape. They even fit me in when there are emergencies that need taken care of, right away!
Sent them a email about a vehicle I was interested in on Cars.com and they got back with me almost instantly. Even though the car had been sold that I was looking at they still sent me other vehicles to look at . Very friendly
Great experience at Mazda of Bedford! I contacted them ahead of visiting and the salesman test drove the used car for me and gave me honest input about some of the imperfections that weren't noticeable in the online pictures.
Traveled to Canton from Cleveland due to excellent price on VW Passatt demo. Deal was as advertised. No bait and switch. James was sales person and he was excellent. All in all a good car buying experience. We ended up closing deal 45 minutes after regular closing time due to me getting stuck in traffic.
I have purchased 2 vehicles from Kempthorn in Canton Ohio and I have always purchased the service package with my new vehicles. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to make a scheduled appointment to have the regular service performed. 2 weeks out for a regular service is absolutely absurd! And that is not a morning appointment I requested. I am only told that there is "Nothing available". My previous vehicles with a different brand and dealer have always been able to get me in with out an appointment with their "Quick Lane". Its a shame (or sham) I cannot get my recommended service done at a dealer that has a quick lane but all appointments are blocked out! Looks like I will have to make a change again away from VW. The only reason for the 3 stars would be for the sales. My salesman took the time with each of my purchases and when I picked up my cars, we went through a very in depth review of the vehicle. Too bad I cannot get it serviced

Everyone we worked with during the process was very accommodating and friendly. Negotiating the trade and new car price was fair and we worked together to come up with the best deal. I did not feel like anyone was trying to "beat" me or "win" like you experience at many car dealers. Thanks.

When we walked into the Mazda dealership we were immediately greeted by Matthew Radeff. He was very professional and friendly. He patiently listened to our needs and showed us exactly what we wanted. We did not do a lot of research prior to coming but Matt explained all the different models to us. He stayed almost 2 hours past closing to finalize our purchase. We are beyond satisfied with the experience.
Before we walked into Mazda we initially went to Volvo next door and were not even greeted by the sellers. One walked up to us without even saying a word. We had to greet him. After the seller made it clear he had no interest in spending even a minute with us we left and went to Montrose Mazda where we met Matt.
We started the day considering purchasing a Volvo and ended it with purchasing a 2018 Mazda CX-5 Touring with package. Kindness and professionalism goes a long way.
