Buying a car from Premier Mazda of Cape Cod was a very positive experience. The people were knowledgeable, friendly and personal without being aggressive. We dealt primarily with Jack, and he was just great. This is our second experience with Premier of Cape Cod, and we have been nothing but pleased both times. Buying my new Mazda was actually a fun and exciting experience.

Salesperson Mark Correa was knowledgeable, pleasant, and low pressure. He showed me several models that I was interested in. Went with me on a test ride in a cx5 and explained features that I was not fimiliar with.
Fantastic experience with knowledgeable salespeople made our experience buying a car easy and pleasant. We loved working with Kack Moran. He made sure my daughter knew how to work the key features of the car before leaving.
Jason and Hailey were great and the entire process was very smooth and painless. We felt like there was very little pressure, that the dealership wanted everything to be very transparent and mostly wanted us to be happy with the experience of purchasing a vehicle through Premier. We purchased a used Mazda and they were happy to let us take the car offsite to an independent mechanic. The mechanic thought the dealership was very honest and that the vehicle was a good value. I???m happy to say we were very impressed with Premier Mazda and thank you to the sales team and to the service team who answered our many questions and provided a seamless experience.
I saw a used Honda Accord on line that was located at this dealership. I live about 1 1/2 hours from the dealer. Jack Moran offered to drive to my house to show me the car. We ended up meeting about half way, but that really impressed me. The car was priced very fairly and they were professional, courteous and thorough in the purchase of the car. Hailey Sears was very helpful and explained the process very well to me. I would definitely buy from them again.
We deal with Josh Carvalho, the service manager and Bryan Wells, the service adviser. They both go out of their way to work with us in getting our fleet of Volvos in for service in a timely fashion when issues crop up.
