My husband and I were met by the sales staff and We were registered and met with Anthony. (What a great person) He did not push us into a purchase.
Although we bought a different brand car we really like the atmosphere and the friendly people .
My Girlfriend and I went in to buy a Prius V. We had already identified the ones available and Willie came out and greeted us. He was polite and knowledgable. He ran in to grab the keys and we ended up buy-in the car. The only downside is we worked the deal with weather tech mats. The front and middle came in the following day, although we were not notified. The cargo area has not arrived yet and it has been 6 business days. I am curious on why the largest floor manufacturers would struggle with the 3rd most popular car in the world. The cargo area carpet is unprotected and is tan, in MN in the middle of winter, that is a long time to wait for a very popular product.
I used the Mazda app to make the service appointment, It went flawlessly! The service tech at the check-in counter was very sharp on certainly on his ???A??? game. Unfortunately, I didn???t take note of his name...next time! The wait time for the service was actually quicker than projected! Side note...very comfortable waiting area!

The service is great, super fast, easy schedule online, they call me with updates in my car and I love the message when my car is ready, I can see my bill online and make the payment there or in the dealer. Costumer service is great. I have bought three cars there, two with the help of Mike Davis and he is super nice, helpful, respectful. I highly recommend this dealer and Mike as sales person. In service Scott Jones and Dallas Adams are awesome.
Car started running super rough out of the blue.... Had it towed to Burnsville Mazda and they were able to fix it for me quickly. They recommended spark plugs too, but I had just done those a year ago, so they said it was fine they didn't replace those with the ignition coil.
I was scheduled for 12:00 but work asked me to be on a call at that time. I called the Walser service department to see if I could drop it off early and the person on the phone said no problem sir we will have your loaner car ready. I pulled right into the warm garage and 10 minutes later they had me in a loaner car on my way back to the office. I love this dealership. Thank you Walker Mazda!!!
Travis, our salesman, is a great guy, and an honest asset to Luther Burnsville. He went above and beyond for us on our used vehicle purchase. His description of the vehicle, which was a realistically priced, was spot on, and actually why we bought the vehicle sight unseen. It was a true pleasure to meet everyone we dealt with. I was happy while there, I was still happy when we left.

I came in for a routine oil change and to get new tires. Tom helped explain the options with new tires and I feel that his suggestion had my best interest in mind.
