Went in for a routine oil change. Told them about a ticking sound. They found the problem, ordered the part, and will replace next week.
Love my 2018 CX-5 Grand Touring

I traded in my 2014 Touring CX-5 (fairly high mileage) for a 2018 Grand Touring CX-5. I loved my 2014 CX-5 and was actually surprised by how much more excited I was about the 2018 CX-5 after I made the purchase and drove it a bit. It feels like a luxury car without the price. The upgrades in styling and comfort were more significant than I realized. More importantly, the upgrades in technology are incredible! The engine is more efficient; I recently got 32 miles per gallon on a road trip, and that given the car is heavier due to additional noise insulation. Features like the rain sensing wipers, radar adjusted cruse control, and lane sensing are terrific. I'm still trying to learn all the features of Mazda Connect. Finally, the car is a smooth, fairly quiet ride and seems just as nimble as my 2014 model.
Pleasant young man. Easy to work with. Appreciate his hard work and honesty. Will highly recommend him. Sure glad we had Tanner O'Brien to help us.

This car has exeeded all of my expectations. It is comfortable, quiet, and has great acceleration. All of the features, including radar cruise control and other electronic safety devices are awesome. To get these features in other cars you need to buy a top of the line package, but, in Mazda they are in all of them. I love my car.
I asked if 2016 Sonata price was firmed and if they had any lots closer to Henryetta but just got a generic response nothing of what I asked they seem to have descent ads just never could find out much by email etc. If prices could been confirmed they seem like a good option for this area just could of been better contact and responses to email vs. a generic response of why to buy from them.

absolutely love this car - it's LUXURY LUXURY LUXURY but at a much lower cost. It shouldn't be compared to the normal Honda CRV or others it is typically compared to. smooth drive and luxury features - it's the highest value for your $ - compare it's features and drive vs Audit, BMW, and Mercedes - Mazda wins!!!
A sales group that allows you the customer to control the process without hassle. Terry, Maitland & Patrick provide a great atmosphere to sale and buy a car. Pricing is right on. No confusing pricing. This was our 4th CX-9 we bought and we would not go anywhere else but this dealer. Thanks Guys for a job well done.

I am rather new to the Mazda family but I purchased a 2016 Mazda 3 which I had no issues with so I took advantage of some early incentives and traded up to a 2018 Mazda CX-5.
What an amazing vehicle. Similar features as my previous vehicle but with lots of updates and new looks. Also a bunch of newer features like heated seats and individual climate control.
I would like to put a shout out to Patrick, new car director. It was a pleasure to do business with him; in fact, my wife and I returned to Bob Moore Mazda approximately two weeks after purchasing our first vehicle to purchase a second Mazda! During our vehicle buying process we visited at least seven dealerships in the Oklahoma City area.

Super reliable car, great gas mileage & all around great. Really roomy and good to take on adventures. Really awesome little special features that most cars dont have!

I test drove a lot of cars and once I was in the front seat of this car I knew I found the right car. I LOVE IT!!!
I thought the vehicle was priced fairly and Nick was very easy to deal with. The only hiccup came at the contract signing time with a miscommunication from what my bank needed and what the finance guy had in mind, but ultimately they went the extra mile to get things squared away. I would use Nick and his manager again.

I had a 2015 RAV4 Limited and find the 2018 CX5 Touring to be a much nicer car. The fit and finish is excellent, it exudes luxury. The safety features are excellent. Legroom all around is very good. I like the lines of the car better than the Toyota. I cannot comment on this model's reliability but am trusting to Mazda's very good reputation. I am very happy with my purchase.
This was the best experience on the purchase of an automobile. Also, because of this I will be having all of the maintenance at Bob Moore Mazda.

The look and feel of this car is great. It rides smooth and quiet. The infotainment system is easy to navigate. Has great features like blind spot, cross traffic, lane departure alert and voice command. Our youngest is still seating in his car seat rear facing so it does take up a bit of space in the back seat and doesn’t dive the person in the front seat much leg room plus we wish the trunk space was a little bigger but it gets the job done. Once we flip the car seat around it will add much more space to the front passenger to lean back.
I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership! Went in to look at a CX-3 and we were greeted by Terry. Terry took us on a test drive, was very personable, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable while there. We told Terry exactly what we were looking for, and he gave me a call a couple days later to let me know what he could get. I ended up making the purchase today and I'm very glad I did. As a first time car buyer they made the process very easy. They did not pressure me to spend more money than I wanted. Terry and every one else that helped in this process made it an easy and enjoyable experience and I will gladly go back in the future.
My husband and I walked into the showroom last Monday and were greeted by Brandon Ward. I told him I wanted to buy and new car and would like to drive both a Mazda 3 and a Mazda 5. We also wanted to trade in my car. Brandon took outside to see the cars they had in stock. I was impressed by the selection of both models. I told Brandon the equipment I wanted and he showed me several cars to pick from. I drove both models and decided on the red Mazda 3. The entire process took about 3 hours and I drove my new car open. Brandon was excellent, not high pressure at all. Highly recommend Bob Howard Mazda and definitely Brandon.
My name is Robert Pearce (405-736-5226) and I had my car serviced on Saturday the 9th of June at Nelson Mazda in Norman Oklahoma. I was informed at that time that my pre-paid maintenance service would end at the 25,000 mile mark. This does not correlate to what I thought I purchased with the car when you were Reynolds Mazda (Schedule 1 Maintenance Plan). During the financing portion of my car the financing representative sold me this plan which supposedly goes out to 60K miles. I agreed to have this included in my purchase contract and now it appears that Mazda is reneging on this purchase. If this is so then we need to adjust the financing to correctly reflect that this add on is no longer in effect. I am very disappointed. The Nelson Mazda dealer is very much on top of their game. Although I did not end up buying a car from this dealer, they frequently contacted me to give me the latest information on what cars had come in in my price range. I will definitely look for my Nextel car here!
