Mark was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable and did not give me the "car salesman" feeling. He listens and pays attention to your remarks. I was very satisfied with the buying experience. Hertz gives great deals on those used cars, I did not even negotiate. The facility is comfortable but looks like a trailer with AC that does not need to be blasting! While the finance guy (bought my car cash) was very nice and courteous, the buying process could be shorter. Although this is not due to Hertz's financial service, but to the number of documents we have to sign. I have to point out that it was much faster at Hertz than at my previous dealership. So to conclude, go there, buy it, and drive home.

He was really clear about the models they had in stock and options for each vehicle. He went out of his way to get the exact model and color we were looking for with a 1 day turn around. We breezed through the paperwork with no surprises. At no point did we feel pressured to buy anything. He was super friendly and great to work with.

Unfortunately, the new car buying experience as it stands currently in the United States is an exercise in frustration. You spend too much time in the dealership, waiting on the salesperson to go ???ask his manager??? about some secret special deal, just for you. Trying to get actual numbers about your monthly papyment is a hassle. It???s nonsense, and everyone involved in the process knows it???s nonsense. And this is exactly what I was expecting when I contacted Hine about a quote on a CX-5. Tyler responded with a concise spreadsheet of prices listed at different mileage amounts with tax, dealer fees, etc. already included. I???m still sure there is a catch, but I decide to go into the dealer a few days later to see for myself. To my surprise, no bait and switch occurred. Tyler was as upfront about pricing as he had been online. We ended up getting a great price and weren???t at the dealership all day. The experience was actually pleasant, which is not something you will hear about new vehicle purchasing very often. I would reach out to Tyler and get a quote if you???re interested in a Mazda. The lack of hassle and the constant up selling might surprise you.
Working with Tyler to lease my new Mazda CX-5 Sport was an amazing experience. Tyler made an effort to make my trip to John Hine Mazda as quick and painless as possible. Tyler was easy to deal with on the phone and in person. He let me know what was available in inventory before I stopped by Hine. I was greeted immediately and shown all models available, even though they didn???t have the color I had initially wanted. Tyler was very informative and helped me learn the new controls of my 2018 Mazda 3 sedan before I drove off. Overall, the experience was good and very easy and I???m happy to have gotten a great price! Would recommend both Hine and Tyler.
Oskar was exceptional! Fast and great service. Was in and out in lest than 1.5 hours. Also was able to fit me in right when I called so no need to wait for an appointment for many days as happens with other dealerships. Thanks
I had been to a couple of other dealers, between trying to sell me $4,000 in dealer accessory add-ons, and not applying my trade in equity properly to the deal, I felt that I could not trust them.
I was so glad to deal with Eddie in your sales dept.. He stood by the numbers in an online quote, valued my trade fairly, and I am now a happy Mazda owner.

I am so glad I took it to Mitsubishi. It was going to cost me 400 for 2 new lights but was only charged 40.00 because they actually checked the one i already had and found they were still goid. They had juat been put in wrong in wrong. So..thank you so much service dept. And Monica for keeping me informed
