I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

I know Auto Hub well - serviced two cars here. Their techs always carry tablets, scan codes on the spot. You can ask to see it right there. Super convenient, helps you understand what you’re paying for. I ruled out two cars this way before buying.

Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

I had a great buying experience with Peruzzi Mazda. I shopped around and did my research at a lot of places and Peruzzi came in with the best deal straight from their internet/email contact. I didn't have to haggle and they stood by their pricing. The sales manager, Tom, went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. I would definitely shop at Peruzzi again and recommend checking them out to anyone in the market for a Mazda.

The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

I stopped by on my way home from work because an indicator light had come on. Even though it was about 30 minutes before the service department was going to close, they took the car in, researched and diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and I was on my way. Granted, a more serious problem would have meant that the car would have had to stay overnight... but all worked out fine. Good service, friendly crew - what more could I want?

Spoke and scheduled my appointment with "Sarah" prior to my visit today. Although she was nothing but patient and polite, I almost backed out! I am excited I did not. Matthew sold me my adorable little orange Dodge Dart. I love it! Matt is great. Friendly, professional but personal. Alex is wonderful! Everyone was down to earth, spoke to me and not at me. I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. In my nearly 20 years of car buying experiences, peruzzi team set the record today with the least total time spent (under 75 min) to select the vehicle and finalize financing without undue high pressure sales tactics or obfuscation of numbers and figures. Options were presented and discussed as such with appropriate dialog to tailor to my specific needs and wants. To achieve similar outcomes would take hours of hard negotiation, heated arguments, and yes i've walked out before after the fifth time someone has to “go talk to the manager” or other attrition tactics. It was a clear and transparent process, conducted with utmost professionalism, efficiency, and at fair market value. 4 month update: car finally came in and again process wrapped up in about 50 min; a few administrative signatures to update financials, a quick walkthrough of the car, the finance manager Alex was professional and courteous; offering me all the add on options nothing but professional explanation of what is on offer and cost to monthly and total. Car was well detailed with a full tank of gas and I was out of the parking lot in little over an hour as I took time to familiarize myself with car controls. Matt even picked up in courtesy car to make drive home logistics easier for me. Great sales team overall end to end.

Megan Dolce in the service department is the reason I’ll come back. We didn’t purchase here, we bought from another dealer in PA, and after finding out they never did the recalls they said they did, Megan was instrumental in having the recall re-done and making sure I was happy with the outcome.
