Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Jesus, who handles the internet request, was prompt to respond to my inquiry, and was waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership. Answered all my questions, very professional, helpful and yet friendly.

Expectations were set and met on a Saturday with college football on. Two separate seating areas in case you wanted the option to watch something else. There's also a kids' area if you have a little one who needs to be entertained for the time you're there.

Jerry was excellent from greeting to leaving after purchase!! He answered all my questions! When I wanted to compare vehicles side-by-side, he was most helpful in making that happen and making it easy for me to decide on the vehicle I was taking home that day!!

The experience with the dealer was overall good. Everyone was helpful and the process was quick and easy. The one complaint is the final person I worked with was overly pushing trying to sell packages like glass coverage. He refused to hear no and tried to make me feel stupid to pressure me into the purchase. I'm giving 4 stars because if that hadn't happened I'd have no complaints but that made me nearly regret the entire purchase.

The car is amazingly fast 3.3 seconds to 60 mph. The ride is comfortable and the car is very responsive.
