Came in two and a half years ago with my eye on a silver, 2015 Mazda3 sedan shown on their website, took a test drive, made a quick and comfortable deal with Ben and really fell in love with the car. Back again last week for scheduled service when I mentioned I wanted to try the 2018 hatchback version when my lease was up in July. Amanda and Ben said they could make one available to me within days, with same features and more, at same monthly fee, and with a check from Eagle to cover final payments on original lease. Great deal. Great car.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you are looking for a dealer that doesn’t pressure you or forces you to decide this is the place. Our salesman Ron is amazing! No pressure, very knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure. Ray the Manager is a very low key manager who wants the customer to be happy with everything to do with the car buying process.

From the minute I walked in the dealership Ricky was very professional, walked me through all the possibilities and made sure i got the best deal for my price range 5stars! The financial manger was also phenomenal!
Overall a very good experience. Jorge is a very seasoned professional salesperson who we felt very comfortable dealing with. We expressed up front what we were looking for and all went well from trading in my car to driving off with my new vehicle.
Mazda Service Dept-I had no problem making this appointment. The person on the phone was more than accommodating. When I arrived they broke down all the cost of repair before they started. The person in the parts department was very friendly and professional. He helped me order everything I needed and even showed me where the parts are on the car. I waited at the dealership and they have a comfortable waiting room with TV and coffee. They changed my oil to Castrol magnetic oil which I later looked up and its pretty cool stuff. The mechanics are very friendly people who always greet me when I bring my car there. I got my car back in no time. I decided I will even bring my Nissan there to be fixed from now on. Definitely recommend this dealership over others on Long Island.
