Mazda Of Poughkeepsie - Was very impressed

Earlier this week, I took my 2009 Mazda CX-9 to MOP to have them address a seized brake caliper condition. I was extremely impressed with both the awesome customer service I received from both Matt and Daniel, as well as the quality of the repair provided while at this facility.
I live in NJ, and did not know of any regular garages in the area that I could trust, so I elected to take my business to the local Mazda dealership. I am so glad that I did!! Daniel and Matt provided me with immediate attention, and had my vehicle evaluated immediately. Daniel also checked the recall history for my vehicle and uncovered some outstanding critical recall work that was due for the front end suspension. I was surprised, as we frequent the local dealership in NJ but had not been previously advised. The car was turned around same day, which was very helpful, as we were otherwise stuck with spending the night.
My daughter attends Marist College, and was using the car when the brakes had seized. I feel confident that I can send her to MOP in the future and that she can expect to receive high quality service. I am grateful for the recall work performed, as I expect my daighterwould have been badly injured, perhaps even killed if the front end fell off while she was driving to school.
