Had a great experience working with Gary on our purchase of a new CX-5. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he immediately put us at ease with his friendly demeanor and no pressure attitude. He listened to our preferences and was very patient with our many questions. He worked hard to get all the paperwork in order so the car would be ready quickly and kept us informed of his progress. I had jokingly asked for a big bow on the car, like you see in commercials, and on the day of pickup I was greeted with a big red bow on the windshield! This confirmed our opinion that Gary goes above and beyond and really cares about his customers, even after the sale is made. Before handing off the keys to us, he took the time to go over the many features of the car and never made us feel rushed. Overall this was one of the best experiences we've ever had and would highly recommend Gary and Lannan Mazda as the place to go for a car.

It was time for a new car and we thought a Mazda would be a great choice, but were not sure if we wanted the CX-9 or the CX-5. We stopped into Lannan Mazda and met Gary, the super sales person! Wow he is awesome, he has the strongest attention to detail of any car sales person we have ever met. He made sure we talked with him about our needs and how we planned to use the car and then he took over to ensure the car was ready in three days. Then when we picked it up he spent the time showing us all the features and making sure we were comfortable, a 12 speaker Bose radio system, incredible feature! Gary, thank you for being extraordinary and making our car buying experience 10 stars! We would highly recommend Lannan Mazda and in particular Gary for your next car purchase. He is pleasant, funny and just a great guy to work with. Zoom, zoom
I went to Lannan because my daughter has purchased 3 cars from them. Gary was great to deal with (same salesman as my daughter), he answered all my questions, got back to me quickly, and was very patient as I came to my decision. When I picked up my car he assisted me with setting up the technology and even had the service technician talk with me about a maintenance schedule as I only drive about 5,000 miles a year.
Lannan was great throughout the entire process. Very friendly and really took the time to make sure every need was satisfied. Gary was a great salesman, very personable and helpful. Easily the most helpful and caring salesman I have ever worked with.
Review of Tulley Buick GMC and our leasing experie

We had a great experience at Tully GMC. Our Salesman Kelvin Rodriguez was very personable and as we told him, he was the only car salesperson from any dealership who actually knew the vehicle when we asked questions. He told us he had only been working at Tulley less than 2 months which impressed us with all the knowledge he had on the Acadia. He certainly is a salesperson who goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. Overall it was our 4th leasing experience but our lst with GMC and it was the easiest dealership by far to work with. We never waited very long any time whether it was with Kelvin or the Sales Manager Mark Pike and even the Business Manager Anthony Lake. This leasing experience the quickest and easiest we have ever had. We have recommended Tully Buick GMC to our friends and am sure they will also have a great experience with the professional staff.
The salesperson, Duarte Bettencourt, was easy going and helpful in my decision to buy a Mazda for the first time. Sean Scheiffern in financing was very accessible when I called to discuss changing my warranty protection status.
After test driving many vehicles I decided to try a Mazda. I liked the fact that I didnt have 20 people chasing me in the parking lot when I 1st got there. After speaking with 1 person I wasn't working well with, Zoe Ventre noticed this from afar and was able to save me from leaving. She went to her manager Dan McBride and with his approval she was able to take over working with me (a blessing this was). She went above and beyond to do everything she could to make sure I was happy and got me into a vehicle that I liked that worked into my budget. Zoe kept me informed with everything going on by text or phone until the delivery of my vehicle and was in touch even after the delivery to make sure I was happy. Mazda is lucky to have an employee like Zoe Ventre and I hope to see her there when I go back for my next Mazda! Thank you Zoe
I found the car online called them and set up a test drive. They gave me some money for my clunker of a car which I was going to junk. They found me a better interest rate than the one my bank had. Overall good experience. I bought a certified used car. I was disappointed to see the gas tank at empty when I picked it up. I was told they did not fill certified used cars only new cars when purchased. I had to come back for my second set of keys and get it created. That gave me an opportunity to use their service center right away. The service center lady was very nice and they took care of me pretty quick.
This is the 3rd Mazda I've purchased from Werner in the past 4 years. Everytime I've done business with them they have always been professional and fair. Their service department has always been reasonably priced and quick to get me back on my way. We will definitely be back in the future.
Just purchased a new CX5 and love it! I worked with Michaela Mulry and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. Michaela and several folks I worked with at the dealership were all very helpful and made the car buying experience very easy and enjoyable. So excited to have my new vehicle and be part of the Wellesley Mazda family!
Paul dicarlo was great. He was there start to finish and made me feel very comfortable buying a car . This was my first time and he made it very easy. He also stuck by me through my difficult financing options. Paul is a great asset to your company. I dont even remember the name of who helped me after.
