My 2013 Mazda 3 needed minor repair to the front bumper as well as maintenance work, and I was able to get an appointment right away online. I was met at the Service Entry with helpful support, and Don Smith, the service manager, diagnosed the problem and told me that my car would be ready in an hour and a half. I am very happy and satisfied with the excellent service at AutoNation Mazda Roseville and feel that the low price was a wonderful. I would recommend AutoNation Mazda Roseville to anyone.
I took my Mazda CX-5 in for Service Maintenance. I was greeted promptly and courteously and we went over what service my Mazda was going to have. Very satisfied with my appointment with Mazda Auto Nation, Roseville, CA.
When I was being checked in Brent asked if I was there for prepaid service. When I said yes but started to continue he interrupted and asked for The keys. When I told him that I was offered a rental car, he said a few times that mazda does not offer that. Seemed like I was trying to get away w something. He then gave me a loaner that had 11 miles before running out of gas. He called/left a message while I was getting gas,that because I was having recall work done - I did get a loaner. Brent seemed very rushed and preoccupied (although service dept was less busy than before. I would recommend dealer but will schedule w a different service rep next time
No pressure tactics abound! Had a wounderful experience that can be summed up in 3 words, great customer service. AutoNation was going through construction of a new facility and things were obviously hectic in the background. These folks rolled with the punches and thought of everything. I will be a returning customer when the time arrives for another purchase.
I came in to my local AutoNation Mazda Subaru with a good idea of the vehicle I wanted. I was helped by the same guy through the entire process. He narrowed in on what I wanted and helped me find my new car! The purchasing process was easy as well.
The staff was friendly. Sales rep I dealt with was upfront and I appreciate that. Many options werr provided, i had been pre-qualified online before hand so that helped the salesman. The buying process was quick.
