We visited other dealerships and test-drove other cars before deciding to come to Colonial Mazda. Adam Dean was a professional from the moment we met him and worked closely with us to select a CX-5. He knew we wanted to deal and carefully explained all the features, took us out for a thorough test drive, and listened to our needs and likes. Negotiations on the car's price and our old car's trade-in value were very fair and upfront. All paperwork waa handled professionally and explaibed well. Adam was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, engaging, and personable. A pleasure to work with him!

I have always been a satisfied Honda and Subaru owner so when I was looking for a new car I never expected that car to be a Mazda. From the moment Brette took me on a test drive on a cx 5 I knew that that was the car I wanted. After reading numerous reviews and researching prices of the same vehicle I found Colonial Mazda to be great to deal with. Brette was excellent. Of course we haggled a bit but that is to be expected. I would definitely recommended stopping in to see Brette if you are in the market for a new xar.

I did the usual research on the 2 or 3 vehicles I was considering for a lease and begain the ???dreaded??? dealer visits on the Black Friday weekend. Each visit , Honda, Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, was the typical ???what do I need to do to get you in the car today??? with the usual visit by the manager etc etc. Pricing ALWAYS started high and slowly came down as I expressed my requirements. This all changed when I went to Wantagh Mazda. I met Ken the self proclaimed manager of ???smiles & laughs???. He listened to my needs and gave me honest answers and pricing and in two days I was in my new Mazda. Supprisingly for car buying I did smile and had a few laughs as well. In 2006. David Chiari sold my parents a Mazda 3, which they gifted to me as my first car. 12 years later, I came back to lease another Mazda, this time, the CX-5. I had told David that I was looking at other cars and that leasing was the best option for me and my husband right now. Mazda didn't push me, inundate me with calls like other dealerships did and gave me what I thought was a very fair price for my trade in car. It also helps that he has a picture of Queen Elizabeth II behind his desk, as I am a huge anglophile. Such a great guy who is part of a great team that truly cares about their customers. Owner loyalty was honored for sure.

Chris and the entire dearlership did a great job! I wanted deatiled price info before even going in via the internet. Most dealerships tell me to just show up, but they did not. He did not push at all and let us relax into the car.
We loved the Mazda 3 and wanted another one. The car is fun to drive great on gas an sporty so my 20 year old son thinks it cool to drive. But I was dreading turning in my leased car not looking forward to the whole car buying experience. I spoke with Chris Kinder on the phone told him the bottom line of what we wanted.Chris treated me with respect and professionalism. Chris didn't try to over sell me and didn't use the old car sales lines that I can't believe they still use in this day and age! No fast talk no fake deals that are impossible to qualify for, respect for my time. Chris was clear and precise and the price quote he gave me over the email stayed the quote to the day we signed the contract. He also treated my son like adult and showed him all the features of the car. My husband who would sign everything travels so I do all the leg work and then husband will sign for and pick up car, some car dealerships don't take you serious when you do this. No problem here. We spend 45 minutes with Chris at test drive and then Chris handled all paperwork, took hour to pic up car but that included finance dept contracts, Chris setting up our phone with car and giving a tutorial of the car. Take note Sale people, THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE!! Thanks Chris Kinder!!
