They did not give the Sport Bars to me that were in the pictures online! I have asked twice with no response and I believe if that’s the way the Car appears online then that is what should be included in the Sale.
I visited McDonald Mazda West on Saturday, 2 February searching for a new 2018 Mazda 3 Touring for my son who is graduating from the US Air Force Academy in May 2018. It's his first new car and I wanted to ensure he had a positive experience during the buying process. First, I would like to recognize the professional, courteous reception we received from Mr. Robert Nichols when we arrived for our 1PM appointment. What soured our visit was the behavior of the Sales Manager, Tyler (I don't remember his last name). Tyler was vague about answering my questions regarding a new 2016 Mazda 3 Grand Touring vehicle on the showroom floor. He "shushed" Robert three times during our discussion of the vehicle...in front of my son. Finally, Tyler failed to give us written quotes on the 2016 Mazda Grand Touring vehicle and the 2017/2018 Mazda 3 Touring vehicles we are interested in...which was the purpose of our visit. We left McDonald Mazda West empty handed on Saturday. That evening, we decided to make an offer on the 2016 vehicle...which Tyler encouraged us to do after he wouldn't answer my questions. It was countered today but not at price that made sense given that we have an offer over $2,000 lower on a 2017 Mazda 3 Touring vehicle with essentially the same features...and none of the safety features in the 2018 Mazda 3 Touring vehicle. Again, I'd like to praise Mr. Robert Nichols for his service on Saturday and today. It's unfortunate that a person of Robert's caliber must work with a sales manager of Tyler's caliber. Tyler needs to appreciate the quality of his sales team. Tyler also needs to learn how to treat customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Corey and team went above and beyond to help me and my twin 16 yr old daughters. We had just spent 2 hrs at a competitors dealership getting belittled and chastised. So after leaving that dealership we stopped at Cardinaleway just to look at their used cars. We couldnt have been greeted by a nicer salesman than JP. He went out of his way to show us everything they had within our price range. It was also 115 outside and that didnt stop him from providing great customer service. But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family. I highly recommend this dealership who doesnt want to play the high pressure car buying game. THANKS COREY AND TEAM!! YOU ROCK!!!
Brandon was patient, thorough, informative, personable, and not pushy at all throughout my entire buying process. Not for one minute did I feel pressured into upgrading this or that until I had made my decision on an item. He brought joy and personality to the information he presented me with so that I was able to make the most informed and knowledgeable decision in a vehicle that I could have possibly made. All the staff were genuinely excited for my purchase and what it meant for me and reinforced that if I had any issues, questions, or concerns that I could contact them at any time.
Kevin Grossman was my salesman and he did an excellent and honest job guiding me through the process. His communication was extremely thorough and everything he told me was going to happen happened. I would highly recommended Bredemann Chevy!
Eric was great to work with and no haggling with price. I told him what I wanted and needed for my trade and he made it happen. was probably the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever done.

Kacey was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable when we came in to shop for a new car. My husband has been a ford man since he was 16 and Kacey sold him on a brand new Kia! Kacey continued to give us great information and let he Kia's great qualities sell itself to us. I did the usual research on the 2 or 3 vehicles I was considering for a lease and begain the ???dreaded??? dealer visits on the Black Friday weekend. Each visit , Honda, Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, was the typical ???what do I need to do to get you in the car today??? with the usual visit by the manager etc etc. Pricing ALWAYS started high and slowly came down as I expressed my requirements. This all changed when I went to Wantagh Mazda. I met Ken the self proclaimed manager of ???smiles & laughs???. He listened to my needs and gave me honest answers and pricing and in two days I was in my new Mazda. Supprisingly for car buying I did smile and had a few laughs as well. If you are looking for a Mazda you need to go to Wantagh Mazda
Had a great experience working with Gary on our purchase of a new CX-5. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he immediately put us at ease with his friendly demeanor and no pressure attitude. He listened to our preferences and was very patient with our many questions. He worked hard to get all the paperwork in order so the car would be ready quickly and kept us informed of his progress. I had jokingly asked for a big bow on the car, like you see in commercials, and on the day of pickup I was greeted with a big red bow on the windshield! This confirmed our opinion that Gary goes above and beyond and really cares about his customers, even after the sale is made. Before handing off the keys to us, he took the time to go over the many features of the car and never made us feel rushed. Overall this was one of the best experiences we've ever had and would highly recommend Gary and Lannan Mazda as the place to go for a car.
I am very satisfied with "Johnny" help in my purchasing of a 2017 CX-5.
