I went to Schwartz Mazda after a bad experience with a dealership in my home town. When I arrived I was greeted by Robert in service who was very pleasant and accommodating. I was waiting for my car so Robert walked me over to the customer lounge that was still in the works as the dealer is in the process of a beautiful overhaul.
Robert checked on me at least twice updating me on the status of my service and asked if I needed anything other then the refreshments and snacks the dealer put out for customers. He advised me of additional services needed and he walked me out to my car to show me what the issues were. After my service and repairs were done in less time then estimated Robert went over the items in detail and informed me of a recall I was unaware of that he asked the mechanic to take care of while I was in the shop. He gave me a free car wash and gave me $10 off my oil change without having to ask for it.
I left the dealer feeling like a valued customer. The service was great and Robert was absolute the greatest. I do not remember his last name as he stated he was fairly new to the dealer and did not receive his business cards yet. I will definitely be back. Good job Schwartz and Great job Robert.
I was planning on renewing my Jeep lease, but, after seeing what Mazda had to offer, George showed me a CX-5 and the price difference, and my decision to get a Mazda was made. Steve made the financial easy.
Just got a new lease from Shwartz and it was a nice change from the usual dealership run around. Both Franklin and Stephen were great, not pushy, told it how it is. Ended up getting a great deal. Highly recommended!

From my wife's test drive at the start of the day, to the moment we drove away in our new CX-5, Franklin was very accommodating and we never felt as though we were being rushed to get to the next potential buyer, or any pressure to make a decision or purchase.
When the time came for the purchase, Franklin was very straight forward - there was no need to go back and forth for hours - we agreed on a trade in and purchase price within 10-15 minutes, and we were on our way.
Our overall experience was much better than the other dealerships we went to when looking for our new SUV. We really appreciated the welcoming attitudes, and would definitely recommend Schwartz Mazda to anyone looking for a new SUV.
Clark was wonderful helping me get everything I wanted in my new 2017 CX5 Mazda. He did everything he could to make this work for me. He's super personalable and showed me how to use all the new features in my car as well.
I give Hamilton Volkswagen a 5 star rating because they try to get you in as soon as possible and take care of business. While in for a cosmetic issue I was made aware of a recall check and it was also fixed. I???ve never had an issue while at Hamilton Volkswagen.
When going to different dealerships knowing the salesman just wants you to say that you are going to buy a car today and know he has you locked that's what is dreaded the most going to these dealerships.
Going to Schwartz Mazda is completely different than that, walking around there show lot and being approached was more of a friendly manor than that of other dealerships, I have to say Ryan really went out of his way to help me out even though they were about to close in 15 mins he took his time we test drive three cars and we both left with a smile on our face.

I was buying my first car out of school. I went with a Mazda 6. From the time i walked in the door I felt at home with the Schwartz family. Clark spent time putting me at ease when it came down to making one of the biggest transactions of my young life. It was a great experience to work with someone who is very knowledgeable but also does not give off the impression he is trying to only make money for himself like many other dealers who I had previously dealt with. At 24 years old I look forward to buying my next mazda and many more down the road.
I usually do not write reviews but felt compelled to do so after my experience with the staff of Island Mazda in Staten Island. For many years I have been leasing from Honda and had no intention of switching but after a stressful day of going from one dealership to another, I decided to stop by Island Mazda before calling it a day at the suggestion of my dad. I'm now very thankful that I did. Freddy Bosco was beyond friendly and personable. Both Freddy and the manager Mike are hilarious with big personalities. They are genuine, professional guys who made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I was given a great deal and am more than happy with the car I ended up with. Even after all the paperwork was signed and we were about to leave, Freddy got in the car with us to show us everything again and make sure no questions were left unanswered. This is my first Mazda and I couldn't be happier, not with just the car, but with the entire process. Freddy and Mike went above and beyond to assist me and they did it with honesty and integrity. I highly recommend them to everyone due to their impeccable service.

We just picked up a brand new CX-3 Touring from Open Road Mazda in Morristown, NJ. Throughout the process I received the complete information about the model and choices. Nobody tried to rush me or convince me on something that I don't need. This is a small showroom where they spend the time with you in a relaxed atmosphere. In a couple of hours we drove home with our new red beauty and again I spent my money with pleasure. Great management - Justin and superior sales people - Michael!
My experience with peruzzi Mazda was nothing short of a great experience. My sales associate Doug was excellent, truly went the extra mile to get me out the door with a car and deal I was very happy with. Unfortunately the Mazda 3 I leased was totalled recently after i was rear ended. I will be taking my business back to peruzzi and will work with Doug again!
