My salesman Gave the best presentation on the cx5 I have ever had.
On any vehicle I. Have ever looked At I was ready to buy without driving it. The test drive was super. The problem was the salesmanager. He was like a vulcher. I went back with wife to just let her look but he was circling her car b4 she could stop. He never would except my offer or ever actually give me a counter offer. I bought the same car in Atlanta on the phone
You never expect to have a great experience at a used car dealership so I was pleasantly surprised when my husband and I visited this dealership. From the moment we walked in, we could tell this experience would be different. Jeff, our salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable about the cars on their lot and after listening to our needs, showed us multiple different options that would fit what we wanted. We definitely put him to work and test drove multiple cars to find the perfect one for us. He made no complaints about warming up cars in the cold weather so we'd be comfortable. Jeff definitely was not a high pressure salesperson and after finally deciding upon a Subaru Outback, gave us a bunch of coaching on its features and even gave us good advice about getting the best deal on car insurance since some insurers offer better rates for driving Subarus. Before we signed the paperwork, he even did a walk-around and checked for any dents, scrapes in the paint or tears in the leather and told us what they would fix or repair. We felt extremely comfortable the whole time and we're glad that we had such a relaxed purchase environment. They also stayed open later than their posted hours just so we could drive home that day in our new-to-us car. Overall, if you're looking for an honest, transparent used car buying experience, I would definitely recommend this dealer and specifically ask to work with Jeff.
I have purchased multiple vehicles from Ricart in the past. On 11/9/18 my 2016 Mazda CX 5 was hit by another driver. On 11/14/18 , I discovered that the insurance company had assessed my SUV as a total loss and needed a vehicle quickly. Thank the lord I had gap insurance to help payoff may existing loan. Mazda Auto Capital (Chase) held my loan and said they would re-loan. I called Ricart looking for my sales guy Frank, and unfortunately he had left the company. They put me in contact with a gentleman named Doug. I explained the situation and let him know that I had no money down and knew this would be challenging. Doug said you need to work with Zane and I spoke with Zane the next morning. Zane had Dan show me some of the cars, test drive with me, and eventually pick out the SUV I wanted. While Zane worked his magic with the bank, Dan did a fabulous job of trying to keep me calm and reassure me during this obviously stressful time. I chose a 2018 Mazda CX 5, just love this vehicle. He was knowledgeable about the car and did a great job explaining the features. He was with me from greeting me at the dealer ship until I was ready to leave with my new car. Chris has been my service guru for at least 6 years. She always takes really good care of me. She saw me in the lobby and greeted me and even stopped to see which car I was going with. Zane and the bank came through and I am the proud new owner of the Mazda I selected.To me it seems for such a large business, I love how they are still able to provide such personalized service and made me feel special.This dealer ship has not only earned my loyalty, but has also earned my trust and gratitude. Also wanted to state that if it was an option I would give Dan Stinson 5 stars too!!

Yesterday I purchased a new Mazda 6 Grand Touring with the Technology Package from Ricart Mazda. My experience with Ricart started with an internet inquiry a little more than a week ago. Within a matter minutes I received a response letting me know what to expect and a quote arrived a few short hours later from Ryan Goodson. I received daily messages and timely answers to all of my questions. After visiting Ricart Mazda a few times to see the cars in person I finally made the purchase. Zane Webb treated me with kindness and respect. I never felt pressured and I could immediately tell that Zane is highly ethical. If you are looking for a smooth and painless car buying experience, please do yourself a favor and ask for Zane. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough...best of all I NEVER felt like he was trying to push anything. This guy knows his stuff. During both visits I received a very warm reception from the knowledgeable and helpful interns: Bryn, David and Zack. I applaud Ricart for hiring interns fresh out of high school exposing them to the business world as they prepare to start college. These young men really made a difference and enhanced my entire experience at Ricart. The service center staff was terrific too. Best of all...I am driving an amazing car that I plan to drive for many year. When the time comes to purchase a new car I will immediately go to Ricart and not waste my time visiting other dealerships. To everyone at Ricart mentioned in this review - THANK YOU!!!! The sales rep was very polite and easy to work with. He was able to meet all of the requests I had over the phone and was prepared when I arrived. The price was better than I expected, and they had the vehicle in stock that I was looking for. Highly recommend this company to anyone who is serious about buying.
Buying my new Mazda CX5 at Ricart was a very pleasant experience, they worked with me to get me the rate I requested, and never pushed to hard to selll me unwanted extras. I also lobved the fact fact Ricart offers a free LIFETIME powertrain warranty, since I tend to keep my cars a long time.
They did go above and beyond to fix the issues I had, but they seem so unorganized and scattered. The head girl in service finally started to put it all together. I was disappointed that my car came back to me very filthy, I believe it set outside the ten days they had it. They were to call me as the driver was bringing my car to me (over a 2 hr drive) but he just showed up. They were to call me the next day...that didn’t happen either...
We had a very pleasant experience with Hamilton Mazda, the staff was easy to work with from start to finish. Some time back I wanted a cover to go over the top of my MX5. Two of the employees helped me wth that, so I am a repeat customer. Ilp

I did the usual research on the 2 or 3 vehicles I was considering for a lease and begain the ???dreaded??? dealer visits on the Black Friday weekend. Each visit , Honda, Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, was the typical ???what do I need to do to get you in the car today??? with the usual visit by the manager etc etc. Pricing ALWAYS started high and slowly came down as I expressed my requirements. This all changed when I went to Wantagh Mazda. I met Ken the self proclaimed manager of ???smiles & laughs???. He listened to my needs and gave me honest answers and pricing and in two days I was in my new Mazda. Supprisingly for car buying I did smile and had a few laughs as well. If you are looking for a Mazda you need to go to Wantagh Mazda
In 2006. David Chiari sold my parents a Mazda 3, which they gifted to me as my first car. 12 years later, I came back to lease another Mazda, this time, the CX-5. I had told David that I was looking at other cars and that leasing was the best option for me and my husband right now. Mazda didn't push me, inundate me with calls like other dealerships did and gave me what I thought was a very fair price for my trade in car. It also helps that he has a picture of Queen Elizabeth II behind his desk, as I am a huge anglophile. Such a great guy who is part of a great team that truly cares about their customers. Owner loyalty was honored for sure.
I found the car online called them and set up a test drive. They gave me some money for my clunker of a car which I was going to junk. They found me a better interest rate than the one my bank had. Overall good experience. I bought a certified used car. I was disappointed to see the gas tank at empty when I picked it up. I was told they did not fill certified used cars only new cars when purchased. I had to come back for my second set of keys and get it created. That gave me an opportunity to use their service center right away. The service center lady was very nice and they took care of me pretty quick.
