Came in for some repairs to be done on my 2013 kia optima. Walked outside and looked around while i was waiting, and found a 2018 Kia Optima that i really wanted. KIRK and TRAVIS are amazing. They did everything we asked for and were super friendly. Great group of people. I got my 2018 Optima! Sure am going to miss my 2013 tho . CJ (Curtis) from service did an amazing job repairing my 2013, but I just had to have the new one. Again thank you KIRK and TRAVIS for all your time and hard work gettin us in the car i wanted. I went to this dealer and the salesperson that approached me looked like just someone sitting around when I pulled up. They were friendly and showed me around but after test driving a couple of cars and giving them my info I never heard from them again. I ended up buying a vehicle elsewhere about three weeks later. Not a horrible experiencegetafterit463 but I didn’t feel like they wanted my business either.

I have really enjoyed this car! I wanted a luxurious feel with a sporty ride and great gas mileage. This car has delivered all of that. The interior of the car is very well designed for functionality, comfort and aesthetics. I have also really come to love and rely on the back-up and blind spot warning indicators. To me it looks and handles like a much more expensive car than it is.
Roger Mayorga was my salesman. He was well informed on the vehicle and made me feel comfortable. Very pleasant and I was happy to work with him. He followed up and is currently having techs look into a Homelink system that is not working on the vehicle. I may up my score to 5 if he gets to the bottom of it. =) Julian Perez completed the process with the paperwork signing. He was welcoming, friendly and made me feel at ease during the process. A few words to warrant considerations: Please do not forget to give your customers very clear explanations of your additional fees and explain the finance paperwork. If it takes 4 hours to get in the finance room, the last step should never be rushed through!

I bought this car looking for something with great gas mileage and it delivered. I've put 75000 miles on it including a 15,000 Mile road trip through the us and Canada. It has been very comfortable to drive in with no real issues (normal maintenance) the only con I can think of is I have a strange rattling noise that comes from the vents from time to time, it doesn't bother friends that I drive around, but it can get on my nerves.
This is our second vehicle from Price Kia...we LOVE the dealership AND the vehicles! From the purchase (Dennis Barbieri) to the financing, to the service, it's the best! We have a Mercedes and a Sorrento, and I prefer to drive my Sorrento! :)

I've owned this car for 4 years and never had any issues, never needed to see a mechanic - only to replace tires and do oil changes.
It can be tough shopping for a car by yourself when you're a woman. There are some car salespeople who assume that you don't know anything about cars and so try to take advantage of your presumed ignorance. Not so with the fine folks at Transitowne Mitsubishi. There wasn't one moment during my experience—and we all know it takes a long time to buy a car—when I felt like I was being condescended to or not listened to. My salesperson, Juan Nieves, was knowledgeable and friendly and was not at all pushy. I called interested in a test drive, and he was able to get me in within the hour. The dealership's general manager, Jim Stewart, was also very helpful and friendly. Even though the finance manager was off that day, Jim was able to get me over to Andrew Macdonald over at Transitowne Hyundai next door to get my contract squared away. Andrew was also super friendly and helpful without being pushy about the "extras." My whole shopping experience took about 5 hours from walking in the door of Transitowne Mitsubishi to driving away in my new (to me) Mazda CX-3, which is actually less time than I've spent buying previous cars. I highly recommend the team at Transitowne Mitsubishi.
When the manager takes the time to meet you and simply say thank you for stopping by - to me that is important. No pressure at all, just helping me understand the process and finding the best deal possible. My wife and I were considering the Escape to downsize from our minivan, we were presented with a great deal. However, in the end we decided to keep our current car. We will definitely return when the time comes.
I got a lemon, electrical failures

Nasty electrical failures. Replaced the infotainment computer twice with long downtime while part found. The car now sits in my garage completely dead, nothing responds, can't push it since it is locked in gear. The last straw, I am selling it with only 25000 miles. Three times it has died with no warning.
We recently purchased a used Mazda CX5 at Mazda Gallery. Our sales person, Joe D, made the whole process simple. There was no pressure, but he was there to answer every question and to expedite the paperwork process. I feel we got a great car, a good deal and a few laughs thanks to Joe.

This car has a smooth ride and sporty. The Mazda3 fits 5 passengers with a compact look. The hatchback is handy. Keyless start and door opening are great.
