This car gets you from point a to b for cheap. It gets good mileage and is reliable. Handling is good for as cheap as it is.
I Was there probably for 3 hours and left with a brand new car at a great price without having to haggle like at other dealerships

I bought this car looking for something with great gas mileage and it delivered. I've put 75000 miles on it including a 15,000 Mile road trip through the us and Canada. It has been very comfortable to drive in with no real issues (normal maintenance) the only con I can think of is I have a strange rattling noise that comes from the vents from time to time, it doesn't bother friends that I drive around, but it can get on my nerves.
Walked in one day after previously looking at a new car in the lot for my wife. Within 10 minutes after talking to John Vanik and Tim Duda I received and excellent lease deal on a new Rouge Sport that I could live with.They gave me a rock bottom deal, much better than I had expected. A few days later I came back to lease the vehicle. They also gave me a great price on the paint protection package.
They were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend them and the dealership.
Fun to drive. Looks awesome..

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

This car has a smooth ride and sporty. The Mazda3 fits 5 passengers with a compact look. The hatchback is handy. Keyless start and door opening are great.
Roger Mayorga was my salesman. He was well informed on the vehicle and made me feel comfortable. Very pleasant and I was happy to work with him. He followed up and is currently having techs look into a Homelink system that is not working on the vehicle. I may up my score to 5 if he gets to the bottom of it. =) Julian Perez completed the process with the paperwork signing. He was welcoming, friendly and made me feel at ease during the process. A few words to warrant considerations: Please do not forget to give your customers very clear explanations of your additional fees and explain the finance paperwork. If it takes 4 hours to get in the finance room, the last step should never be rushed through!

I have really enjoyed this car! I wanted a luxurious feel with a sporty ride and great gas mileage. This car has delivered all of that. The interior of the car is very well designed for functionality, comfort and aesthetics. I have also really come to love and rely on the back-up and blind spot warning indicators. To me it looks and handles like a much more expensive car than it is.
These two guys negotiated with us to give us the best deal possible to drive out with our new truck tonight! Will definitely recommend them to anybody that is looking to get a new car/truck! They???re the guys to go to! 10/10.. because the scale only goes up to 10!

I love the Mazda, it’s my second one that I’ve owned, reliable, gas efficient and sporty. I’d recommend this car to anyone seeking affordability and efficiency.
I was looking for 2016 Mazda 6 GT in the area. I found the desired car at Continental Mazda of Naperville. From my first visit until the moment I bought the car, I was served well and the test-drive was very good and the dealership has their own drive track and was given ample time to test-drive the car. I was given the detailed demo of the car with all its specs, so that it gave me a clear idea of what am buying. I got the car for a fair price. On the delivery day, the car was given in a very clean condition with all the fluids filled and full gas tank. I appreciate their service. I would like to thank the dealership, especially Karl Tanhueco for his service,demo of the car and help even after end of the transaction. I definitely recommend Continental Mazda of Naperville.

I 've experienced why the Mazda 3 is constantly on Car and Driver's list of top 10 cars. Well deserved! This car handles as well as some German competitors.
I am currently shopping for a car for my daughter. I stopped by Lux Cars and looked at a couple of vehicle with Keisy. He is really patient and doesn’t pressure. When my husband and I finally agree on what to purchase for our daughter I’ll definitely come back to see keisy. Thus far he has been the easiest sales person to work with so I’ll definitely be back.
I got a lemon, electrical failures

Nasty electrical failures. Replaced the infotainment computer twice with long downtime while part found. The car now sits in my garage completely dead, nothing responds, can't push it since it is locked in gear. The last straw, I am selling it with only 25000 miles. Three times it has died with no warning.
I was thoroughly satisfied with the way that the Autobarn Countryside Service & Parts Team worked together to ensure my 2009 Passat was ready for Winter. Swap of the Winter Wheels & Tires was seamless as always thanks to Brien Akers inventory management skills. The oil change was routine amd Bob advised me that I had a couple of minor issues that needed attention to which I had him take care of one on this visit and will most likely attack the second on the next visit. Drop off and pickup were smooth and this time I even grabbed a snack from their Customer area before browsing the showroom. Joe
My son and I leased a new 2018 Mazda CX-5. I live in NJ and he lives in Chicago. He went in and picked out a car and I negotiated the deal via email with Brian the sales manager. I advised him that I would be flying in for one day and when I got there the car was ready and all we needed to do was fill out the paperwork and off we went. Manny went over the car from top to bottom with my son and Bilal handled the paperwork. Couldn???t have been any easier. They also took back our 2016 CX-5 which was at the end of the lease. Great job all around.
