My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.
Very professional and knowledgeable sales team. Did not waste time for negotiation, direct to the point and possible proposal. Could have saved time by scheduling time for paperwork but it was smooth and quick.
In-and-out, fast service & NO stress... THANK YOU!

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
I wish there was a 10 star option for AX Auto. My wife and I drove from chattanooga, TN. We spend 2 days in Atlanta looking at 7 minivans, the second day we found AX Auto. We came knowing what we wanted and unlike other dealers they didn’t try to push into something more expensive or different than we had asked. Eric our salesman was both patient and considerate of our every request. He and his manager respected our wishes to think it over and 3 hours later we were able to drive off with a beautiful ( new to us) 2014 Honda Odyssey!!!
Hands down this was the most pleasant and stress free car buying experience EVER! My senior sales consultant was Shenita Monroe at Carmax Norcross , who was an excellent salesperson to buy my 2015 Subaru Outback car from . Highly professional , courteous and detailed , are the words that come to mind to describe her exemplorary customer service style . We initially enquired about the vehicle online and discovered it was at the Kennesaw Carmax location . She immediately requested a transfer so that within 24 hours we could conveniently test drive and finally purchase the car. She is the real deal and we can't recommend her enough . Please make this woman a sales manager !! 5 STARS...
I had not driven in 27 years because I lived in a city, so getting back to driving was a challenge, but Jim Digh made it easy and comfortable. He too almost the whole day with me, explaining all the new modifications and we test drove several cars before we found one that fit me. Then I returned it for a different make and model and he couldn't have been kinder. Maybe it's because I'm newly returned to the South, but he made what was an extremely anxious procedure for me, completely painless. And he was great fun to talk with.
I wasn't sure if I was going to write a review because my experience with Platinum was on both sides of the spectrum. From a customer service perspective, things went relatively well. However, from an overall integrity in pricing vantage point, they leave a lot to be desired.
Long and short of the story- Jay ( star salesperson) did a fantastic job of delivering service and completing my transaction. On the flip side, the establishment literally added over $1000 in fees once we got to the negotiation table, which I had to combat... in addition the dealership had the audacity to add a $299 "Registration Fee" for a vehicle that I was registering and paying the taxes on in a different state. When it was all said in done I purchased the vehicle simply because I actually had more money than time toward the end of the process.
The silver lining of the experience is that I left with a quality vehicle (Honda Pilot). However...Caveat Empto!
