Had a great experience working with Gary on our purchase of a new CX-5. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he immediately put us at ease with his friendly demeanor and no pressure attitude. He listened to our preferences and was very patient with our many questions. He worked hard to get all the paperwork in order so the car would be ready quickly and kept us informed of his progress. I had jokingly asked for a big bow on the car, like you see in commercials, and on the day of pickup I was greeted with a big red bow on the windshield! This confirmed our opinion that Gary goes above and beyond and really cares about his customers, even after the sale is made. Before handing off the keys to us, he took the time to go over the many features of the car and never made us feel rushed. Overall this was one of the best experiences we've ever had and would highly recommend Gary and Lannan Mazda as the place to go for a car.
I called a couple dealerships before coming across Drum Hill Autos. I spoke with John. He answered my call after hours and was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle.
I came to the dealership the following day, test drove the vehicle and ultimately made the purchase.
I did NOT have to pay Mass sales tax and John personally delivered the vehicle to me in NH.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
We recently purchased a used Mazda CX5 at Mazda Gallery. Our sales person, Joe D, made the whole process simple. There was no pressure, but he was there to answer every question and to expedite the paperwork process. I feel we got a great car, a good deal and a few laughs thanks to Joe.
I very rarely write reviews, this is an exception and worthy of time to do so. I recently purchased a vehicle from Land Rover Jaguar in Peabody MA. My salesperson was Vito and I have to say he changed my perception of car salespeople. He is honest, straightforward and follows through with what he says he is going to do. He returns calls, email and voicemail promptly. I highly recommend you ask for him if purchasing from the dealership. He is an exception to the norm. I also dealt with Tom Hamilton, the pre-owned car manager. Again, a wonderful experience and a very solid person, very motivated to give a exceptional client experience.- and did so with me. Finally, I dealt with Gus from the finance department. Typically, in my experience, these are pressure-oriented situations. Gus was zero pressure, straight to the point and very informative. After doing my research I bought the extended warranty for my vehicle. This was truly a wonderful client experience working with Peabody Land Rover Jaguar.
I was looking for a Subaru Forester to replace my 10 year old vehicle and chose Autofair for the close proximity to where I live. I was greeted by Serg Orlov when I arrived and he asked what he could help me with. I told him I wanted a new Forester and that I had researched the car models and options and knew what I wanted. I told him I wanted to drive one first and go to my home to ensure it fit in my garage which he happily obliged. Once we returned we went over all the packages of options and he searched for what I wanted. I wanted a blue one and that was nonnegotiable. I knew that meant I may have to alter my options to suit their inventory and I was fine with that because a few items I had not decided on. We found a few and I chose the one that best suited my needs. I was able to get the car I wanted in the color I wanted and got it for a price I felt comfortable with. Serg was very nice to work with. He answered my questions and worked with me to find me the car I wanted. I would recommend the dealership and Serg. I was happy to not have to go around to other dealerships to find what I wanted. Everyone we worked with there was helpful and they seemed like a family that worked well together. I look forward to dealing with them for my service needs. After being a 5 time Saturn owner I was not looking forward to having to negotiate to get what I wanted (at Saturn everyone paid the same price for the same car and options so buying was easy and less stressful). Serg made it a wonderful buying experience.
We did our own diligence and decided on a specific vehicle with the exact specs we wanted with a price that we were prepared to pay. Albert found us such a vehicle even though it wasn't currently on the lot. He was also very helpful with the test drive and showing us additional features.

My wife and I had just left another Mazda dealership after getting nowhere fast with the salesman and his manager. On a last ditch whim, we traveled 40 minutes to Quirk Mazda to get a deal done. Thank God we ran into Phil McCabe. I told him the model, color and trim level we wanted and I asked for his lowest price. He came back to us in minutes and after a small discussion we agreed on a price. Mission accomplished. He was thorough, knowledgeable, pleasant and someone I would look forward to doing business with again and again. If it was up to me, he would be getting a bonus and a raise for his low key excellence in handling a transaction most buyers do not look forward to. As an aside, Niman, the finance representative, was also a wonderful person to meet and handle the paperwork that needs to be done. The last time I bought a car, it took over 2 and a half hours to complete the financing end of the deal. Niman used a fraction of the time and made it so pleasant. Kudos to Quirk for exceeding our expectations in every phase of the experience.
I went in for a check engine light and tom helped me ,he was very understanding of my issues and helpful. (i did not expect the issue and was in a hurry to leave) They were able to get the cause figured out in about an hour and for a reasonable; amount. They even gave me a free loaner while the work was performed because parts had to be ordered. The next day i picked up my mazda 3 and it looked and ran like new- great job liberty!
