Has the feel of a sporty car and handles very well. Smooth ride. Good gas mileage and little maintaince costs. Could have a little more legroom in back. Lip on trunk opening limits size of what can put in.
Would like a cup holder in drivers door. Husband has limited mobility and has difficult time getting in and out and adjusting the seat back tilt. He also feel the door handle is too far back and his elbow is stopped by the back of the seat. Like the backup camera and that it beeps when a car approaching from side, not just behind the car. Love the alerts on the mirrors of car in blind spot. Like GPS, but not always intuitive. Disappointed it doesn't seem to have moveable headlights.
My son purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger SXT AWD from Drivers Village 9/19/18. We purchased it from Dan in the Used Car facility. I could not have asked for a better purchasing experience. From Andrew Hilt, the internet sales person to Dan the sales associate, down to the financing dept.; they were all great and very helpful. we were very pleased with the vehicle.

This car gets lots of looks and comments. The controls just make sense.
The cruise control is easy to engage. You can also mute the sounds when you pull up to the drive thru with one button. Its got pick up and go. It's cute. What more do you need?
Working with Joseph was the best car-buying experience I’ve had! He was professional, tailored his service to all my needs and wants, and was respectful and charismatic. This car has a great drive and comes with so many options even on the base model. I only gave this vehicle up because our family outgrew it. You sit low so it gives a great sporty feel. I would recommend this car to anyone looking for a hatchback.
I came with cash to purchase a car. Jim was polite but lowballed my trade. I came the next day for delivery and was treated less important than those who were shopping for a car. It is not acceptable to be treated second class after so much of my hard earned money was spent in your business. The price was good, the service was not. Disappointed is the feeling, not sensational. I would have loved to be treated sensational.
Well after my failed attempt to buy with the first salesman. I made another attempt to buy. Thanks to the second salesmen I spoke with (Brynner) I was able to purchase my 2014 Dodge Durango. He did a great job. I also dealt with the finance manger (Ivan). He also did a great job. All though I loathe the car buying process, these guys and Romano Mazda deserve a great review from a satisfied customer.
I have leased with Romano Mazda since 2014. The first time I leased, I worked with Jon Rybak (and many other wonderful people). 3 years ago, I was in a very tough spot personally, but Jon and Romano Mazda worked with me every step of the way. Everything was always outlined for me and I always felt comfortable contacting someone if I had a question.
Fast forward 3 years later to this past May...I moved out of state to Rhode Island last year and realized that my lease would be up in about 1 year. I contacted Jon to see if it was possible to lease from Romano Mazda again--I wasn't sure if I could because I no longer lived in New York. Even though he and other associates had to jump through hoops to get approval for an Out of State Transfer and different items ready...they were able to do it! They kept me informed every single step of the way--which is something I appreciated very much. I always knew the status of my new lease.
I was able to drop off my first lease and pick up my second lease with ease. With the help of Romano Mazda, the tedious paperwork and phone calls were already taken care of--I simply had to register my car in Rhode Island.
Needless to say, my experiences with Romano Mazda have been excellent. I found that this dealership is full of genuine employees who truly care about their customers. They went above and beyond! They took time out of their day and communicated with me after work hours to answer questions and make me feel at ease during the whole process (it wasn't like I could drive up to Syracuse for an afternoon to discuss some of my questions or concerns!).
I shopped around at other dealerships before Romano Mazda 3 years ago--and I don't want to go anywhere else. I don't know if I will move again in the future, but I know that if I'm within 10 hours, I'm going to work with Romano Mazda again and again and again!
Romano Mazda gave me the best experience ever when buying my new car! The timing was fast and everything was clearly understood during the purchase. There was 0 pressure during the process and the staff was very friendly. It was so great working with Romano Mazda because they were able to give me exactly what I wanted with what I could afford.
