They put a value on my car that was less than trade in then came back and offered me average trade in value ($2000.00 more)and wanted a Thousand dollars more for theirs then Kelly Blue book. No darn reason Hendricks can afford the race teams and his own personal car museum. So I think I'll shop elsewhere as I've had better deals at home.
I really hate looking for cars and was hesitant to find this car and buy it but Bob made it so easy and so hassle free that I decided I would give it a try. I was not disappointed. They really treat you like a customer and not just like a nobody off the street.
The process was so smooth. I worked directly with Perry and Mike and they made sure I was leaving happy and with a car! I was so pleased with the hospitality and the hard work they put into getting me the payment and rate I went there for! Would definitely go back when I need another one.
Into our third week of ownership of our 2017 CX-5 and can't say enough good things about it. Lots of well designed, easy to use, features for solid, safe, driving, loads of "creature comforts." Filled first tank of gas after taking ownership and calculated around 30 MPG. I had a great sales person in Kaitlyn Crisp. She has a solid understanding of the car's features, was very helpful explaining many of the accessories - navigation, controls tailoring, phone connection. She was glad to describe the wealth of benefits of buying from Independence. Our second CX-5; we'd buy another!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I purchased my vehicle here 13 years ago and I am very happy with the service at this store. Bobby and Bill in the service department have been so helpful over the years and their attention to detail, their knowledge of my vehicle, and their trustworthiness is what keeps me coming back. I am not yet in the market for a new vehicle but when I am I will come back here. The only thing that I would say is a downside is that I do wish the service department waiting area was back closer to the actual service department. Everything else about the new building is fantastic.
Came in wanting to look at a used car on the lot, but after talking w/Kyle, thinking about what was in my best interest long term, ended up leaving with a brand new 2018 Mazda6! I absolutely LOVE it, and i would recommend Kyle and Keffer Mazda to anyone looking for a vehicle!
