I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
My experience of buying a car at this location was an excellent experience. The location has a wide range of vehicles in good condition and the prices are very reasonable. Buying a car can be stressful but the sales staff such as the delighful Winsome Gadson made the experience pleasurable and genuinely wanted me to buy a car that I would be happy to purchase without comprising style and budget. I cannot praise her enough for her knowledge and customer care.
The manager, Bobby Grimes is extremely helpful and was very accommodating to my needs. He is a credit to the company and again made an otherwise stressful experience go smoothly. The other staff at the location are great too(Shawn and Lee)! Whoever helps you to get a car goes the extra mile.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
The facilities appear simple to some other dealerships I visited recently. The sales person was great. He sold me on the features of the car. But finance or sales manager did not seem to want to entertain my offer. He seemed insulted.
I love this dealership! The entire staff is very friendly and also very knowledgeable! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jason Ford, he is a true people person, great listener, has a very strong work ethic and worked really hard to get me exactly what I wanted. Great experience at Jim Ellis Mazda Atlanta! I visited most of the Atlanta area Mazda dealerships during my search for a 2016 CPO Mazda CX-5. This dealership stood out above the others. Joseph Cummings was my sales rep and not only is he a nice guy, but he has tons of patience! The sales team here really worked hard to help find the car that was just right for me. Went in for a 2016 Mazda CX-5 and overall had a great experience. Sales Agent Raphael Davis was pleasant, easy to talk to. Sales manager Austin also got involved and was kind enough to accommodate my requests. It wasn't a long drawn out sales process like other times I've been at a dealership, that contributed to a good experience.
My salesman, Ernie, was patient and helpful. I learned that even though we never met face-to-face, he can be trusted. In this space (automotive transactions), trust is key. I am encouraged by the integrity of Jim Ellis Mazda overall, and with Ernie Dailey specifically.
