I had leased my last Nissan Rogue here and decided to speak with Steve about getting a new one now that my lease has ended. I cannot thank him enough for his professional approach to every aspect of the deal. I had shopped around the week before I came because i knew I had wanted to get my car from Baron again. I asked Steve to please give me his best price up front and to avoid the haggling. He immediately gave me the bottom line number (which truly was better than anyone else had mentioned). No games were played and the professionalism that was exhibited through the whole process made it such a pleasant experience. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Dealing with William is an absolute pleasure and great experience overall! The guy is very personable and friendly as well as professional and informative! He knows the fleet of Mazda???s very well and is also super helpful with his opinion! I wish more salesman were like William! He is truly an asset to Garden City Mazda!
To start, I hate buying cars from dealerships, I can't recall anytime I
had a good experience. I first went to Huntington Mazda some time in July to check out the CX5. We went for a test drive and the salesman was very knowledgeable. They gave me a price with a discount although I told them that I was not ready to buy and then I left to check other crossover/suv's. There was no going back and forth salesman to manager about the price, some of the games that dealerships play. I was given a price and there was no pressure when I was leaving like "what can we do to get you in the car today" and "this price is only good today". After some research and personal preference I returned to Huntington Mazda and purchased the CX5. The salesman, Jim Lee was great! The finance manager was great too. Explained all our options without putting any pressure on us. I would highly recommend Huntington Mazda.
