This is my second Mazda from Corey Fairbanks Mazda - I brought my 2014 CX-5 in for its 30,000 mile check up. They fixed a speaker, did an oil change, all new tires - they were honest and up front about cost of the repairs. They called me to let me know when it was ready and when I needed something additional done. If I wasn’t so close to paying it off - I’d definitely consider trading it in for a newer model. They’re a great dealership.
There are so many good things to say about Brian San Pedro. He truly cares about his customers by listening to what their needs are, and then delivering it to them on a silver platter. He???s extremely knowledgeable, and isn???t the stereotypical, high-pressure, salesman - his goal is to make sure you leave the dealership happy. If you are looking to buy a car then you should absolutely go to Bill Ray Nissan and ask for Brian San Pedro!

I bring all my insurance jobs here to the service center. John the manager of service is very helpful and works soooo hard. I feel safe having him take care of my car. It was a simple purchase transaction and Eric (the Sales Rep) had all the technical and history data of the used car I was interested to purchase. I am going to recommend him and the Sales Center to friends and family.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
This was my first time purchasing from a big dealership and it was an awesome experience. I dealt with Tony Patrizzio for about two months until I found exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. He did would he could to get me in that car and I really appreciate it. So thank you Tony, Luis, and Edwin for helping me get the exact car that I wanted! Julián was great. We didn???t have to haggle any prices. You pay exactly what they say your going to pay. He was very honest with us about the cars history. We were very happy with the customer service and the price
Joe was an amazing car sales man. He was true to what he said and if he didn’t know the answer he found it out for you. Every time I called Hertz Joe would answer it was like he was running the place. Anytime I went to the dealership Joe was out in the heat showing a customer a car. He is just so great. When we went inside the other car sales men were just sitting around eating or chitchatting. Joe was an amazing experience just in himself I have never felt so confident in buying a car and not feeling preassured or stressed. I’m sending all my friends to hertz but not for just hertz but to speak with Joe because he is truly amazing.
We went into the Mullinax Ford Apopka location after visiting numerous Ford dealers in the Central Florida area. Our sales consultant Jose Burgos listened to our request and for found that specific vehicle we wanted with little time wasted, after other dealers couldn’t. Jose went above and beyond working with us and as my wife said, this has the best experience we ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a vehicle, you’ll want to go to Mullinax Ford in Apopka and ask for request Jose!
Just to start telling you I was not buying a car today will give you an idea on how professional, accommodating and helpful the staff at Sport Mazda was today 12/1/2018. At the end I closed a deal for a Mazda 6 even though I did not bring my previous car with me to avoid the hassle everybody goes through in a car dealership. I arrived at the Service Center without an appointment very early on a Friday morning. The moment I stepped out my vehicle Nick came by immediately to attend me. I explained what I needed and he took care of my car needs right away. Excellent, friendly and speedy service. Customer Service was awesome, as usual.
I was very happy with my Mazda service. My service advisor David Foo was extremely helpful. They did a thorough job of inspection and service of my car. All of the service staff were helpful. The waiting room was extremely pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend this dealership.
