I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I love my new Mazda3 Sport, it really meets all that I want in a car. Small, efficient, comfortable, and reliable. The interior is beautiful. The safety features are great, with city safe breaking and blind spot monitoring. I wish I could have upgraded to a higher trim package to get the rest of the safety features, but unfortunately that would have required getting leather interior, which I do not want. I am very happy with the price I paid for this new vehicle, and the warranties offered by Mazda make me feel confident in my decision on the Mazda3.
My wife and I were considering trading in our 2 cars and only have one. I did my research and knew what my price was going to be. We dealt with Tommy Smith as our sales rep. Tommy is young and eager but not pushy. He did an excellent job taking care of us. We also dealt with Mack. He worked hard to get to a price we could both agree on. The only problem was I was NOT aware or the dealer installed options to the tune of $1288. This extra amount was VERY close to a dealer breaker. Something has to be done to inform the buyer of the dealer options sooner in the buying process. Other than that the experience was as pleasant as buying a new vehicle can be. It did take much longer than I expected to finalize the sale.

Love my car, super reliable and such a nice drive! The heated seats are my favorite during cold mornings and the sun roof offers a great way to get air when you’re not trying to use the air conditioner or have your hair blowing everywhere with the windows down
I received an email back in a few hours. They went above and beyond giving me so much information on the used car I was looking at, never had such excellent customer service from a dealer like that before, was amazing experience and will definitely be buying from them in the future. The exterior is very beautiful and looks much more expensive than the actual price. I also love the dark blue color and it has little sparkles in it. The powerful 2.0L engine provides fast and powerful acceleration. Very high quality car for a reasonable price.
I went to Horne Mazda to look at a CX-5 and ended up driving off the lot with a fantastic vehicle!
The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and worked with me to make the the vehicle fit into my payment budget. On top of all that their financing rates are very competitive for the market.
Ask for Bridgette Miller and you'll be in the best of hands!

This is my first Mazda I ever owned. It's fun to drive, reliable, and MPG are really good. I'm able to get 38 on highway and 30 city/highway average. The 2.5 engine is really fun in sport mode, so give it a try.
I have to commend Dustin Lone for his professional demeanor and his unique brand of tenacity in completing our car purchase. Had owned a 2016 Mazda3. Traded in on a 2018. I drive pretty far to work. Had 51000 miles on the 2016. Was very dependable and reliable. Also got great gas mileage. So wanted to replace with a new one.
Corey and team went above and beyond to help me and my twin 16 yr old daughters. We had just spent 2 hrs at a competitors dealership getting belittled and chastised. So after leaving that dealership we stopped at Cardinaleway just to look at their used cars. We couldnt have been greeted by a nicer salesman than JP. He went out of his way to show us everything they had within our price range. It was also 115 outside and that didnt stop him from providing great customer service. But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family. I highly recommend this dealership who doesnt want to play the high pressure car buying game. THANKS COREY AND TEAM!! YOU ROCK!!!
