Helpful, attentive and friendly staff. I had called ahead and gave a time that I would be there. The vehicle was pulled up and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. They made the whole process effortless on our part.

I love my new Mazda3 Sport, it really meets all that I want in a car. Small, efficient, comfortable, and reliable. The interior is beautiful. The safety features are great, with city safe breaking and blind spot monitoring. I wish I could have upgraded to a higher trim package to get the rest of the safety features, but unfortunately that would have required getting leather interior, which I do not want. I am very happy with the price I paid for this new vehicle, and the warranties offered by Mazda make me feel confident in my decision on the Mazda3.
Our sales associate was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time buying through a dealership and he made it very easy. The car was in very good condition and the miles were excellent. They wouldn???t lower the price any, or remove the anti-theft code fee, but I feel like we still got a great deal, and they were pleasant to work with. We were able to drive the car off the lot that night and it???s been a great car so far!

Lots of features just wish I had got the grand touring for not much more that one has all the toys. Economical and fun to drive.
This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

This car has tons of room in the back seat as well as the front. It is so smooth and quiet but has an incredible sound system. Seats are very comfortable. Feels very safe. Excellent family vehicle.
Good dealership, appropriate for the price range of the cars. I had an excellent experience there and Salesman, Alan Bradway was great to work with.

Love my car, super reliable and such a nice drive! The heated seats are my favorite during cold mornings and the sun roof offers a great way to get air when you’re not trying to use the air conditioner or have your hair blowing everywhere with the windows down
Megan is an excellent sales person: - Megan was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. (that's refreshing when the sales person really knows more about the vehicle then the customer) - Megan proposed a very meaningful/thorough test drive. (mix of city, freeway and rural). Much better then the typical go around the block test drives. - When face to face negotiations resulted in a stalemate, Megan followed up a couple days later and proposed a compromise deal that we all accepted. (she saved the deal with her followup) - Megan and her management found me the exact color I wanted on a very scarce trim. This involved an out of state dealer swap. The entire team at Mazda Gladstone was very friendly/helpful. If I had to do it over again I would have done all the negotiations via email instead of face to face. (I'm not a fan of face to face, back and forth negotiations unless the sales person is empowered with the decision making).
The Mazda 3 drives very smoothly.

The exterior is very beautiful and looks much more expensive than the actual price. I also love the dark blue color and it has little sparkles in it. The powerful 2.0L engine provides fast and powerful acceleration. Very high quality car for a reasonable price.
My experience at Ron Tonkin was excellent. It was my first time buying a new car and Roy Ramirez made it very easy and low pressure. He knew I wanted to stay loyal to Ron Tonkin since their service department has been so good to me over the years. He didn't originally have the car that I wanted but he found it and he gave me a great price. He was respectful and patient and it was a pleasure buying from him.

This car is much more spacious than my last car. Saves a lot on gas and rides smoothly everywhere I go. Definitely a great car!
I had a great first experience buying my car at Mazda. There was no pressure into buying and they provided me with all information I needed about the vehicle. Nichole was great to work with and very easy to talk to.

Having owned a 2013 gs for 5 years without a hiccup, I didn't think twice about upgrading to a new gt model, you can't beat the quality and maintenance cost at this price point.
I had a great experience buying my car at Mazda. I test drove four cars before I made any decision. I did not feel any "hard sell," I was provided with all information I needed about the vehicle. All the staff involved in the process were pleasant and relaxed. Katerina was great to work with and very easy to talk to.

This is my first Mazda I ever owned. It's fun to drive, reliable, and MPG are really good. I'm able to get 38 on highway and 30 city/highway average. The 2.5 engine is really fun in sport mode, so give it a try.
