I have always been treated curteoysly at Gunther Motors Service Dept. The Service Specialist go out of their way to ensure any serivce and/or repairs are done satisfactorily, on time and on budget. Over the years (after 6 cars purchased/leased at Gunther VW) I have developed a rapport with some of the specialists.
We leased a car and bought a used car, and this was the Best and quickest car buying/leasing experience I???ve had so far. Our sales guy Alan Dagistino was great and had us in and out. He did did not try to push us into something we didn???t want or need, he was quick and to the point. After Alan we met with the finance guy and that only took 15 minutes for each car. Great experience overall and would recommend
I previously owned a Mini Cooper and would have purchased another but my experience with the Mini/BMW service department was so negative that it persuaded me to buy a different car. This was my first service appointment at Mazda for my Mazda 3. Easy appointment set up, emailed reminder, car was taken at the exact time of my appointment and the maintenance done in the time it was told me it would take. Waiting room very comfortable with snacks. Great price - competitive with independent oil change/tire sales chain stores. Great experience. As long as it continues I plan to continue my service at Mazda even after no longer under warranty.
My wife and I bought a really nice 2016 Mazda CX-5 yesterday from this dealership. We couldn???t be happier with the car and also the quality of service provided to us. Our sales person was Juan Pizarro and he was great. He took the time to show us multiple cars until we were satisfied with one. Also being a military veteran I was more than happy to have Juan, who is also a military veteran, as my sales person. And I thank him for his service. As I stated before, the entire staff was outstanding. From the sales person all the way to management and finance. Everyone worked with us to assure that we were happy with the car and pricing. Thank you again for everything.
Juan is an amazing salesperson! Juan has worked with us before and he is always efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He provides the best customer service I have ever received anywhere. If my family were to ever need a car we will definitely go back to see Juan to make it happen. The dealership has a great atmosphere, they provide refreshments and have movies playing as well as magazines for you to read while you are waiting. All the employees are kind and always have a smile on their faces. Daniel was also great in getting all the necessary paperwork filled out. He was also very kind and helpful in answering any questions! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car!

My plan was to test drive a lot of different makes and models before deciding what vehicle I wanted to purchase.I walked into a spacious welcoming environment at Southern Palms Mazda . A popcorn machine and a fancy coffee machine graced the waiting room for anyone needing a refreshment while waiting for sales or service. During the buying experience I had a delicious cappuccino. If had purchased a Mazda for my son in college and he drove it for many years before trading it in at 120000 miles and buying a Mazda SUV. I had Mazda at the top of my list to check out but thought it might be out of my price range.. I was greeted by Ryan Endelman who offered to assist me in finding the right car. I asked to meet with a manager to save some time and to hone in on what vehicles would fit my financial picture with my trade in. After carefully assessing my needs,i only had to drive two vehicles to find just the right car- a blue Mazda 3 with all the safety features I could ask for and a sporty look with alloy wheels. I just loved it and knew I didn't need to look any further. Managers Willie Heflin and Patrick Harrington teamed together to make the numbers work. I'm sure they had to use a very sharp pencil but they were committed to seeing that I become a loyal Mazda customer. Much to my surprise as it wasn't my original plan, I was happy to join the family of Mazda owners and drive my new car home. Matt Seidle completed the business end of the deal with ease and made sure I understood all aspects of the transaction. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a wide selection of vehicles and a team committed to doing the right thing for their customers.
I've been driving my beautiful, new Mazda CX5 for a week now and really want to say, "Thank you, YEYCA "JAY-KA" QUINTERO!" Once in a while, you come across a sales person who is knowledgeable, professional, honest and extremely nice - this is Yeyca. I knew what I wanted and ended up with so much more! Yeyca answered all our questions, showed us the different models, compared features - she really knows her stuff - and really made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. At the end, I ended up with the car I wanted, in the color I love with all the features I dreamed about but didn't think I could afford. And did I tell you about the price? It's perfect! My son will be calling her soon for his new car. And kudos to Yeyca for being the only woman on their sales team! You go, girl!
