I had to replace my car due to some engine problems and I was very hesitant on going to a dealership and looking at cars but then, I walked into this dealership. I was met with smiles and very nice and pleasant people. Everyone was friendly. I asked for a test drive and Ciso Esparza was very helpful and informative. Later, I called and made an appointment and the ladies were very sweet and happy to help. I had an amazing experience with Ciso, who was very helpful and an awesome salesman. I would recommend everyone to come and check out this amazing team and find a awesome car.

My husband and I decided to purchase our first Mazda, a CX-5 Grand Touring. Luis "Torta" Vega was very helpful and made our purchase very easy. However, due to the limited number of staff available on the Wednesday night we were there, we had to wait two hours before we could go into the financing office to finalize the purchase. Luis stayed to ensure we were taken care of, but the customer before us required extra time and there was no one else available to handle our purchase. While waiting another family was behind us in line. By the time we got in to finalize the purchase, we felt we needed to rush as it was already after 9:30pm. We had also purchased additional coverage and did not receive the pamphlet that highlighted all that was covered, including the maintenance package information. None of the official documents provided the detail that we needed to understand what was purchased. It would've been helpful to have received these in a user friendly format. In the end, everyone was very helpful and kind, but had there been another person who could have taken care of us, it would have been a more pleasant experience and we could have thought of asking more questions.
